This is a really nice looking hotel restaurant. Lured me in with the decor and nicely lit bar. I’d recommend the old fashion and the Ruben with fries. I loved my drink and meal, though I was the only one at the table that did. The service was slow and lacked in common decentsy. Plenty of staff but still overwhelmed. Could have been better all the way around. Gotta love that its in the hotel though.

My recent visit to the restaurant left much to be desired. Our party of four arrived promptly at 8 pm to find a nearly empty restaurant, with only about 15 patrons present. We ordered a Margarita and a Paloma for drinks, along with 2 Margarita pizzas and 2 Cauliflower pizzas for our meal.
Unfortunately, our evening took a turn for the worse when after waiting for an hour and a half, our food had still not arrived. As we made the decision to leave, our dishes finally made their way to our table. Despite the delay, we decided to stay and try to salvage the situation by digging into our long-awaited meal.
To our dismay, one of the Margarita pizzas was missing basil, a key ingredient that significantly impacted the flavor of the dish. After sending it back to the kitchen, the staff attempted to rectify the situation by offering us complimentary drinks.
Although the gesture was appreciated, it could not make up for the overall disappointing experience we had that evening. The combination of the extended wait time, missing ingredients, and lackluster service left much to be desired. It is regrettable that what could have been a pleasant dining experience turned out to be a letdown.

This is a 2.9 star review. As a hotel restaurant it is convenient and has a good list of options. The menu has cocktails and drinks. Food options are also varied and what you would expect to find at a hotel restaurant. Had the beet salad and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Portions are generous. Salad was big and tasty. However, it had a lot of wilted greens in it; I had to find and put those pieces aside. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious but short on cheese. The house chips were cold and super hard. Would not order the chips, go for the fries. Service was also lackluster. It was rather lethargic. Table next to me was ordering cocktails and they looked great. Overall, if you have the time I would recommend finding something better in the area for dining. Otherwise, this is an ok option. Prices were also as expected especially since the portions were decent. Included the bill in the photos for reference. Atmosphere was a little too dark. Booths were nice to sit in. Enjoy.

My husband and I had dinner at Provisions while staying at the Hilton and it was very good. We ordered a couple of burgers and they came out perfect, just as we ordered them. Our server Bria was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. If we find ourselves here again we will definitely dine here again!

I stayed at the Hilton on business and was excited there was a restaurant on site. Typically, after a long day, it’s nice to just eat where you’re staying. However, both times I ate in the restaurant, the servers acted like it was a nuisance to have anyone come in. Both times servers stood at the hostess stands on their phone the entire time. The first night the server did come check on the table at least once. Tonight, the server dropped off the food and only came back to ask if I was done. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of that.

We ordered salmon and chicken. Both came out very well done. The salmon was actually black on the whole bottom. They brought out a second piece of salmon and this was raw in the middle. They did comp our drink.
