Amanda provided AWESOME service and the space itself seemed nice and clean. The drinks (Paloma and margaritas) were great but the food was lacking overall. The chips and salsa & guac were great, but the burger was terrible. First of all, I requested it medium and as you’ll see here it was certainly well done. Not only that but it had ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR. I added salt and a ton of pepper to be able to eat it before catching a flight. Would try a different spot next time.

Amanda allowed me to express my disappointment at missing my flight with compassion, then proceeded to provide us with excellent customer service. She went above and beyond when I asked for my egg to be nuked for ten seconds ☺️ and kept the hot coffee coming. Thank you Providence Provisions! ️

Had 20 min to eat before my flight, they brought everything promptly and the food was delicious. Ordered a Cobb salad and a sangria. Our waitress , Jessica was very friendly and helpful. I guess we will have to fly out of Providence so we can come back. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant today and had a very unpleasant experience. The place was empty, yet the waiter, José, refused to seat me at a more private table where I could work peacefully. When I asked to change seats, he simply said he couldn’t accommodate my request, turned his back on me, and ignored me for 10 minutes.
It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way, especially when there are plenty of available tables. Good customer service and basic manners are essential, and clearly, this restaurant does not prioritize them. I definitely do not recommend it!

It’s a sit yourself kind of place, and there’s lots of tables to choose from. Service was prompt, food was average, drink sizes were laughably small. I’ve been here twice and I recommend the egg and cheese omelette over the pancakes, since the cakes fell apart before I could put butter on both. Don’t expect a restaurant vibe here, but more of a on-the-go best that you could get kind of food. It’s the best that you’ll find at PVD, but it makes me want to make breakfast at home before coming to the airport.
