I used Prova for my private flight catering. I am a corporate Cabin Hostess and our catering can be quite specific and occasionally with finite budgets. Prova did an incredible job with communicating and executing the rather specific order I sent them and was very aware of the budget. I had a rather low budget for such a specific order but we were able to get quotes in and have it all approved and it was perfect.
The best part as someone in aviation is how everything was packaged. As the food will be served several hours after delivery. And packaged appropriately for what I would use onboard (microwave, oven etc). Everything was packaged very well and the attention to detail was clear.

The Owner of this Deli and Catering place is amazing. Super close to 17 By Wood-Ridge and Hasbrouck Heights. Had a great spicy italian sandwich. The bread they get is amazing. Def can’t wait go back. FYI I see they offer Private Jet Catering Service to Teterboro if you’re taking a flight. They can cater your inflight meal.

I cannot recommend Prova enough – especially Reno! I work for a private jet company that handles catering for clients and things can happen on a moments notice and Reno is always right there to assist with any request no matter how last minute. They’re accommodating to dietary restrictions, allergies, and the most minute specifications which truly makes they the best to work with. They’re quality of food is top-notch and they can do just about anything. Reno will always be one of my go-to in the Teterboro, NJ area!

The food here is incredible, super reasonably priced, the owner is singlehandedly one of the kindest folks I have ever met and it seems like the most lovely & not talked about enough spot in the area.
My workplace caters meals from here consistently and we have nothing but incredible things to say.

We recently used Provo to cater our daughter’s backyard graduation party. The food was a big hit! Days after the party and guests are still texting me, raving about the food! Reno is an absolute pleasure to work with. We ordered assorted sandwiches which were all delicious. We also ordered a meat/cheese platter, buffalo wings, a full tray of garden salad, and a tray of chicken fingers. Everything was beyond our expectations and reasonably priced. Reno was super helpful and honest in the number of guests in comparison to the amount of food we ordered. Reno delivered everything and set it all up, even provided us with extra ice which came in very handy for our drink coolers on a hot summer day. We highly recommend Reno and Provo for any catering event!

Went for a sandwich and left with giggles and a full stomach their portions are great for what they charge and their food is delicious The manager (Jen) does all the cooking and you can tell she puts love in everything she does the girls in the front are also very sweet definitely coming back !!!

I’ve ordered the same thing 5 times now. Every time I’ve ordered it, it’s a different price, made totally different and I have to be asked 3 times at least what I ordered again. This is cheese, Swiss and Provolone. Today it was $9.80. Normally it’s $6 but today I must have had the special bread for it to be $9. From terrible service, to no set pricing this place amazes me they are in business. Has to be the fact they’re the only food spot in the area so people eat here by default.
