Just happened to walk into this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the dishes, the Customer Service, the bar, and the atmosphere. We had several different menu items and none of them disappointed. The staff was so kind to all of us and accommodating for all of our needs. If there is one place to stop in Cody, Wyoming for dinner, we would recommend this to everyone.

On the way to Yellowstone. Not easy to find a restaurant open in Cody, WY, on a Monday night. Wanted to try a bison burger, having heard so much about how tasty bison is. This place really nailed it. The decor is as expected. Wood everywhere, metal ceiling, lots of old west photos and taxidermy. We were a little early for our reservation (you should make one) so we sat at the bar for a bit, but were seated in just a few minutes. The bison burgers were delicious. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and our sides were very good as well. Service was prompt and attentive right up until we left. All good at Proud Cut Saloon.

Flat Iron Steak was good, and cooked correctly. Prime Rib was overcooked, and not tasty. Our waitress did a great job. Restaurant was extremely busy, definitely make a reservation.

We were looking for something kid-friendly and relaxing to eat. Found this gem and decided to try it. I ordered the Bison burger medium with cowboy chips. My husband ordered the Bison burger medium with steamed Brussels sprouts. We both enjoyed our burgers they were well seasoned and cooked exactly hpw we ordered them. Our server was very attentive on refills and asking if we needed anything else during our meal. At the end of our meal our daughter ordered the brownie sundae. It was rich,warm, and delicious this is a shared dessert for sure or you’ll get a sugar rush.

Great atmosphere for a delicious burger. Bartender did a wonderful job on drinks, and they have a good variety of alcohol to choose from. The fried green tomatoes are to die for! The Rodeo burger comes with 2 onion rings that are bigger than the burger itself. Sweet potato fries are ok. Highly recommended for a hearty meal with a refreshing drink.
