A perfect night to celebrate as a couple. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was romantic, and the décor was beautiful. I tried the tagliatelle montanara and my husband had the ghocchi pesto — both dishes were amazing.

If you’re looking to try a new Italian restaurant, I highly recommend Prosecco 22. We found it by accident, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The food was absolutely amazing — incredibly fresh and clearly made from scratch. Everything we had was top-notch, from the bread and coffee to the wine.
Beyond that, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, spotless, and beautifully done. But what really stood out was the service — truly exceptional. The staff was attentive the entire time; we never had to look around for help because they always seemed to know exactly what we needed. And more than just professional, their service felt genuinely friendly — like being taken care of by friends.

The food was really good. The three dishes we tried were amazing. The server was the best. He helped us with suggestions and was really kind and patient. The only takedown was the restroom. It was the only one available, the toilet was not working, was very dirty and it seemed to be normal. It was disappointing to finish our dinner night with that, but aside from it everything was good.

Stepping into Prosecco 22 felt like being transported to a cozy trattoria in the Italian countryside. The warm red walls, intimate lighting, created a welcoming vibe. We dined here as part of a bachelorette celebration and appreciated that they offer a private dining room for special events—perfect for groups!
We started with a classic selection of Italian appetizers: Bruschetta – Lightly toasted bread topped with bright, juicy tomatoes, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. It tasted so fresh and vibrant. Love the Italian Meatballs. It was perfect sizing, tender, flavorful in a rich, tomato sauce. Perfectly seasoned and comforting. The Burrata & Prosciutto so worth having! The burrata was creamy, and perfectly balanced by the salty, paper-thin slices of prosciutto. It’s like it melted in my mouth.
For the main, we ordered two traditional pasta dishes that absolutely delivered: Cacio e Pepe which was served tableside in a parmesan wheel. The bolognese a combination of pomodoro, pork and beef – meaty, and full of flavor with a little hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. It was comforting and so satisfying.
I’m not a big tomato girl—usually get heartburn—but everything was so fresh and balanced that I felt great afterward. That says a lot!
You know dessert was a must! I tried the tiramisu – Light, creamy, and not overly sweet. A well-balanced classic. Omg the Caramel Cheesecake is a must! Kind of a silky texture from the Carmel but decadent just the same – divine.
Our server, Christian, was amazing—attentive, efficient, and incredibly patient with our group. The food came out timely, and everyone at the table left full and happy.

I ordered the fettuccini meatball and it was absolutely delicious. My partner chose the carbonara, and it was excellent, creamy and very authentic.
The atmosphere is cozy and the service attentive; everything feels well cared for. It’s truly a small hidden gem in Pembroke Pines.

Recommend making an earlier dinner reservation for a quieter dining experience. Get the Italian meatballs to start. You will not be disappointed. The cacio y pepe table side pasta is a must. Creamy & delicious, you’ll do a happy dance when you’re eating it. The lasagna was delicious as well as the stracciatella pasta. That burrata is absolutely divine! For dessert, we had the chocolate cake with the caramel milk. It didn’t stand a chance at our table. Overall amazing dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
