This place was recommended by someone during a wine tasting. The atmosphere was loud. The band was entertaining and the food was delicious and plentiful. I was impressed by the portions. I definitely ordered too much but all was delicious. Starting with salad and antipasto then I had fried calamari and chicken Parmigiano to finish. Ended with espresso and a caramel Gelato .

Work trip to the finger lakes, Prosecco did not disappoint. Atmosphere, service and the food were all excellent. The seafood chowder was top notch, portion size was perfect. Our group also had the crab and lobster ravioli and the chicken Parm. Delicioso. Definitely recommend.

The food and service was amazing, the little after thought of a seating area that was so cold I couldn’t remove my jacket was not so great. It was cold and the heater at the opposite end did nothing for us and the lovely music playing inside could barely be heard.
We made reservations in advance for our anniversary and we left disappointed.

The service was good, but the food was lacking. We had a reservation, as we had a lot of people and were there for an anniversary, so we were seated quite fast. For an appetizer, we ordered an antipasto board, hoping to receive something worthy of the $18 price tag, but all we got was cold cuts, a block of cheddar cheese, sliced mozzarella from a bag, and a large bowl of olives in the middle. My lasagna was… Okay. The steak was bland and slightly chewy. For a table of nine, with a couple appetizers and drinks, we ended up paying ~$450. We didn’t even order dessert. The live music was okay, but it wasn’t anything special. Just a guy playing guitar and singing classics in a folk music style. For a high end Italian restaurant, it was a little disappointing.

TL;DR: The food is delicious, the servings are hefty, the dessert is phenomenal, the atmosphere is comfortable, great service, furniture was too wobbly. 4/5
Prosecco is a nice Italian restaurant serving delicious pasta, bread, and cannolis in large serving sizes.
My wife and I have been looking forward to coming here since we moved to Farmington, and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and decor. The food was all delicious and we have plenty left for the next few meals.
My wife tried the chicken parm and she really enjoyed it. She said it wasn’t her favorite, but it was tasty.
I got the Bolognese with angel hair and I was very happy. For $25 I got enough pasta for several meals. The meal also came with a house salad and their house dressing. The salad was just okay, but came with a lot of tomatoes, cucumbers, and chickpeas. And my favorite part was the fresh bread. I wish they brought us more than two little slices when we asked for a refill, because I could eat bread all day. But it was delicious either way.
Finally, we ordered cannolis for dessert. At 2 large cannolis for $7 I was not expecting them to be this delicious. My wife pointed out there was a hint of cinnamon or something in the filling that took it up a level. Usually I don’t care for chocolate chips in my cannolis, but this had a good balance.
I was a little disappointed by the quality of the furniture. Our table and chairs were VERY wobbly, making it really hard to eat.
Our waitress Kinley was very nice and provided great service. I hope she gets a raise.
Reservations: I almost forgot, we made a reservation using Google and it worked great!

I have never had such a terrible, ridiculous experience trying to go out to dinner in my life. We have never been to Proseccos and we decided to give it a try on a family members recommendation. They told us the food is delicious and the portions were huge. Went on a Thursday evening in February. We called at 5 to see if we needed a reservation. We were told that they had a large group of 14 (i know, not that large) coming in and they weren’t taking any reservations but we were welcome to come over and they would try to seat us. Drove 40 minutes and upon arrival they were quite busy but had a few open tables. They told us that they were already reserved. They did not offer for us to have a drink at the bar, or to tell us how long the wait was going to be. There was an entire side dining room that wasn’t open and we were told it was very cold in there. Apparently it isn’t open in the winter which i understand. After a short conversation with the hostess we were basically told that they could not serve us and needed to go elsewhere. I understand being busy and getting a large group in, but then why didn’t they tell us that they weren’t open for walk-ins, or share with us what the wait time would be. It’s not like it was a holiday weekend in the middle of summer. It was a Thursday in the middle of winter. I have never felt like such a second class citizen at a restaurant in my life. Their communication is absolutely terrible abs their host/hostess team seemed completely frazzled. The food is obviously good if they are busy in February. I would have loved to try the food and be able to review it. I doubt I will ever come back to try Proseccos.

The best Italian food I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and portions were generous. The bread and dessert were exceptionally delicious. The staff was efficient and friendly, the vibe and decor were great. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Planning to be back often!

Went here for Valentines day . Was a little worried because it was a 8:30 reservation. But boy did they impress us and made the night amazing. The Bartender was super apologetic for the wait and even made us extra drinks to make up for it . We were seating quickly and the server was just amazing. All the specials were available on a super busy night and was just out of this world . Every dish was better than the previous one . Make this place a must visit for your next special dinner . Highly recommend

My husband and I dined there last night. We did not have reservations but were seated within 10 minutes. While we were waiting a younger man and an older woman were at the hostess station (where you sit and wait- the hostess station is just above your head and your shoulder almost rubs the stand). The were discussing reservations for this holiday weekend and the young man BURPED next to my face! And kept talking as if nothing happened. Didn’t excuse himself or apologize! I looked at my husband and I just asked him “ Did that man just burp in my face?” To it, he replied he sure did.
After we were sat, it took several minutes for a waitress to see us because they confused her as to which table was just sat. She took her order which we had plenty of time to think about what we wanted to drink an appetizer and our entrée we were serve served our appetizer first my husband’s Coca-Cola second and my wine came 15-20 minutes after. My food was served first (absolutely delicious-chicken Carmen) my husbands came 10 minutes late (20 ounce steak ordered medium rare- served VERY rare) had to send it back. But after getting it back was extremely delicious. Also had a cannoli and it was ok.
The jazz band was delightful! Loved it!
Not sure that we would go back after our experience but the food was good.

Very generous portions at this nice little Italian Eatery. Food was very good. Don’t miss the beet salad with the balsamic and lemon dressing. We started with the Arancini which we loved and that changes frequently. The lasagna that I had was 6x6x4” and my wife meatballs (stop laughing) were the size of baseballs. I wish we lived near here.
