Baguettes are WAY off guys. Gotten many here over the past year, last 2 I got have been poor. Crumb was weak, not enough rise, tips of baguette are not symmetrical/overall form a bit sloppy in general, and whole thing lacked the right crunch, chew, and flavor. I’m sure there’s some new people in the shop but this was a very disappointing bread. I won’t be back for a few weeks or months when hopefully the new ppl have learned or the quality control is better. I don’t wanna leave a bad review cuz I know this shop can do better but there has to be an FYI for owner. Please get the baguettes back to their previous quality!!!!!

Stopped in for the first time about a month ago, and ordered the Lemon Curd Danish and a Morning Bun. The danish had a good lemon flavor and a flaky crust – the morning bun was delicious and not too sweet. I enjoyed the pastries at one of their outdoor tables early on a weekday morning- a wonderful way to start the day!

Everything is always delicious, freshly baked with a quick turnover. Remarkable color on all loaves, depth of flavor, high quality ingredients that reflect in the products. The seasonal offerings are special, stunning and delicious.

I’m here 3 times a week. I love that they use organic flour, and especially that it is all sourdough products which is healthier and easier to digest. Everything is the highest quality. Downtown Mesa is lucky to have them! I’m lucky it’s close to work!

Saw the business on the local news and made a special trip. We loved it. We had the lunch specials. The pepperoni pizza was so good. We got a country sourdough to take home. Everything looked amazing. The place smelled so good. Everyone looked happy. The employees were really friendly. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Yum, yum, yum! Proof does not disappoint. We had the opportunity to visit the bakery storefront and bought the country sourdough, fruit and nut boule (not pictured), and a variety of pastries (my favorite was the DNA Chocolatine). Everything was delicious and perfectly baked – the kind of dedication to craft that you would find and expect by master bakers in any European city. While the price point may be a bit high, you are paying for quality products made with quality ingredients by local artisans who clearly put a lot of love and pride into the process. It’s worth every penny!
