Have been living in Princeton for 13 years and have tried them all.
Contes is probably my second favorite, but this blows them away.
My family purchased 2 large pies and Cacio e Pepe Fries.
-Truffle Pie:
Amazing, you can taste the truffle oil and I usually don’t like Arugula, but it tastes really good on the pizza. You don’t get that bitter taste. It is more of an artisanal pie. Kind of like something you’d get at Nomad, but much cheaper, and way more delicious.
-Brooklyn Pie:
Wow. Wasn’t excited for this at first because it was a square and for some reason I discriminate against squares.
However, this was unlike any other square pie I’ve had. It wasn’t too chewy, it was nice and thin and the dough was perfect. My father is very old school and hard to please. He couldn’t stop complimenting the taste and said it was the best brooklyn he’s ever had.
It must have been the sauce, something in it was really special. Even the grease was delicious and gave the pizza a memorable appearance.
-Cacio e Pepe Fries:
Pretty good, nothing too special imo, but my family thought it was delicious. Tastes a lot like Say Cheez’s truffle fries if you’ve ever had those.
Perhaps the recipe of crust changed ? The crusts is now very soft and dense 🙁 miss the old proof pizza.

Just fantastic. This new spot became our favorite pizza in Princeton area. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and the crust is amazing. Favs include the sausage mushroom broccoli, truffle, and Brooklyn pie. It is a bit pricey, but it’s worth the ‘splurge’ in my opinion!
The chicken Parmesan sandwich was soggy and not the best. Princeton Soup and Sandwich and DeAngelo’s Italian Market have much better sandwiches.
The service however, was excellent. They brought my sandwich on a nice plate.
