The sandwich and the salad are from two different visits I’ve made.
The first time I came here, I ordered the Insalata Tutto salad, a Diet Coke and a bag of Voodoo chips. I was very disappointed with the below average quality of the salad – it was a complete rip-off for $20 to be honest.
The salad greens were nothing but iceberg lettuce and the blackened chicken was flavorless, tough and cut up into tiny square chunks. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was very good and redeemed the overall bland flavor of the salad.
Granted, Pronto boasts as a sandwich shop but then why are all of the salads $20+ and more expensive than the actual sandwiches?
If I’m going to be charged $20 for a salad, I expect higher quality greens instead of cheap iceberg lettuce and a more generous serving of meat that actually has flavor.
I stopped in again today to give the sandwiches a whirl and I’m so glad I did! I opted for the Regular Scorsese sandwich and a bag of sea salt flavored chips. I was very happy with my delicious lunch. The pistachio cream dressing on the sandwich was divine and paired perfectly with the mortadella, burrata and arugula. The hot honey deepened the richness of the sandwich. It was simply perfect.
Seating is limited and very cramped. All of the tables are two-seaters except for two tables which are four-seaters.
Would not recommend for large groups.
I won’t ever order a salad from here again and I advise others to do the same. I will definitely be coming back again for the Scorsese!

These sandwiches are awesome! Only downside – make sure to add a couple things to your sandwiches and then that helps with size. Otherwise, great flavor and fresh! Killer pesto.

The location is relatively small, but there’s ample indoor seating available. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and my order was prepared very quickly. I tried both the Coppola and the Brando sandwiches—and while both were enjoyable, I’m not sure they quite justified the $17 price point.

I just discovered this place and WOW, it has become my favorite sandwich place. Legitimately have had some of the best sandwiches of my life here. My wife and I liked it so much we went back 3 days in a row AND brought our other family members. Staff is really friendly and the restaurant looks very clean as well.

I’ve been to this place a couple time since it’s opened. The food was phenomenal, definitely better than the other options available for fast casual in Downtown Naperville. The service was fine, they were super busy the first couple weeks, but otherwise everything was made in a timely manner since then.
I think their prices are fair, given the quality of the ingredients it makes sense that they are a bit pricier than the other sandwich shops in the area.

Very good small business. Excellent amount of meat in sandwich for price. Generous portions as well. One sandwich could be two lunches for me. Having recently been to Italy and indulged in street food everyday, the sandwiches are pretty authentic. I have been twice and gotten the Loren (fried eggplant) and Pacino (prosciutto). Would recommend both.
