We always come here for the $23 Torched combo that comes with torched nigiri, torched roll, and miso soup. Sooo yummy .
(If you don’t like the mustard sauce, you can ask to swap it too!)
Very reasonably priced local sushi restaurant and the quality of the food is consistently decent.

I basically don’t ever write reviews…. but this one was just mind boggling. Ordered the 100 Piece Party tray Takeout and to our surprise the entire roll of Salmon Avocado Crab Roll still had the wrapper from the imitation crab….. Completely unacceptable…

Grocery store quality sushi. Terrible salad. Projects Sushi used to be great, but the food quality has gone way down hill. My Salmon was grayish, and the rice was gummy and loosely packed.

Likely won’t be back here again – food is mid, not much to talk about. It taste more chinesey than Japanese except for the sashimi. Portions are small as well. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and the pieces were so thin!

We were greeted from the moment we walked in, and there was a peaceful atmosphere. We ordered the 50 piece sashimi and another box of sushi sashimi roll mix. The prices here are cheaper compared to many other sushi places and it is very worth. The sashimi is fresh and the rolls don’t have too much rice in them. The presentation is pretty, and they pack the takeout with enough soy sauce, wasabi and ginger. Whenever we need sushi for a big group, we love coming here.

Lunch specials available at a reasonable price. I like the combos because they include soup, salad, gyoza, and rice. Food is tasty.
Service is friendly and prompt.

Very reasonably priced Japanese restaurant. Service was okay and sushi was also okay. Fish wasn’t the highest quality but for the price you are paying it’s good value. Menu is pretty large with a good variety of different dishes and they even have lunch specials as well.

Got a small sushi/sashimi/roll platter as our usual place was closed and it was pretty solid! It was decently priced for the amount. The quality was not the best, especially the tuna which felt a little stringy/chewy. I called to place my order and pickup was quick and easy.
Overall, not bad.

Project sushi is a great spot for a quick lunch or linner. Service is fast and food is prepared quickly. The salmon set consists of thicc fish pieces that are dense and chewy. Delicious! Generous portion sizes at this place for a decent price. Restaurant is on the smaller size, interior is modern and clean. I love coming here, always a pleasant experience.

As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed in the experience with Project Sushi. Two items on my Skip order from Project Sushi were missing. Not a big deal unless the restaurant refused to rectify it. Project Sushi admitted it was their error and the restaurant offered only solutions that involved me fixing the problem (i.e. my coming to retrieve the items from the restaurant, my asking for a refund from Skip, or my placing another order, paying for it and then chasing a refund from Skip). Unacceptable. It is an ongoing lack of accountability across businesses, to make a mistake and never take responsibility, because you can get away with not being accountable these days. What happened to valuing your patrons and making things right when you made the mistake? It is because you never have to look the customer in the eye and be accountable for your business practices. We will never order from Project Sushi again after the way we were treated and recommend that others show this restaurant that they need to treat their customers better. I never post reviews but this needed saying. Sad that it is the only way to hold businesses accountable.
