What a lovely little place with a big heart, offering to the area an awesome experience. I am not a fan of Boba it is more about my kids dragging me out here to get some. I reluctantly agreed but then I found out there were sandwiches! I tried the pork sandwich and my wife tried the chicken. We both loved the sandwiches.
There were only two people working behind the counter and I first thought that it would be too slow but I was wrong, they work efficiently, quicklymaking drinks and sandwiches at a good pace.
I took a stroll down the hall way and visited the restrooms. I strongly advice that if bathrooms are going to be gender neutral, it is crucial to provide a urinal for men because unfortunately out of 100 men, 99 will pee on the toilet seat and will be left there to dry making it uncomfortable for women. States who have been providing neutral bathrooms for a long time have understood this fact and have adopted this as a standard. I recommend that you guys do so too because the toilet seat was dirty and I was not going to sit on that or clean god knows whose pee that was.

We stopped in as we were looking for something new to try but be close to home. We each got one of their bún boxes and I got the pumpkin milk tea with black jellies. She asked about the sweetness level so you can adjust the sweetness. The drink was very tasty and the boxes were fresh, hot, and had a very delicious fish sauce. The staff was friendly and explained the drinks well. If you are in the market for something new this is absolutely a must try.

It was my first time here and I was very excited to try it. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and it’s got a cute vibe inside even though it was a little warm in there. The food choices were interesting but I decided on the pork bahnmi. When I got it I admit I wasn’t super impressed with the look of it. However, it was delicious! It was perfectly sized for a lunch and packed full of flavor. The meat was tender and juicy and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Whatever sauce they put on there complimented the sandwich well. I’ll be back again for sure.

This location is in the same plaza as Crunch Fitness Midtown Tulsa , so after a hard workout it is the perfect stop. The food is delicious and has a very fresh taste. Their milk tea is made non- dairy and they have other aternative milk options (hello vegans and vegetarians ) They are a small place with a HUGE MENU I had the tofu and vegetables sandwich and chocolate milk Boba tea with coffee boba. It was so filling you dont need chips or other sides with your sandwiches All I can say is stop by and grab a bite.

My husband and I recently visited Project BMB and were really impressed! The boba drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and had just the right amount of chew in the tapioca pearls. The standout for me, though, was the combo banh mi—it had a great balance of savory meats, fresh veggies, and a perfectly toasted baguette. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely a spot I’d return to for a nice meal!

The staff was really nice but they were out of popcorn chicken that I ordered online and I was told it would be refunded so we will see. The spring rolls I ordered were not cold at all and I saw a plate of them sitting on the counter without ice or anything just sitting out. So I called and asked if my spring rolls were the same ones because I thought maybe those were just to show what they looks like and my spring rolls were not cold at all when I checked in the car. But the worker confirmed mine came from the same plate and they had been sitting out. I asked how long they’ve been sitting out and I did not get an answer. I was just told that they can’t be put on the fridge because it would make the noodles weird. But there’s shrimp in these, so I’m not eating shrimp that’s been sitting out for who knows how long. That’s how you make people sick. The boba was ok but kind of bland and the worker was kind in letting me add boba pearls after the fact because I didn’t select it online by accident.
I can’t say I’ll come back because the lack of food safety makes me too nervous. But the woman who helped me was kind the whole time and the boba was good.
