You know the saying, fool me once? I tried this place twice and both experiences were terrible.
First time was Nov 30, 2023. Ordered a large pizza with ham through the Uber app. I got a notification that my order was finished, but it took them another 25 minutes to bring it out to me! Got home and discovered they had given me a calzone with Italian sausage instead of my pizza. Left feedback through the app and was never contacted by the restaurant.
Tried again Jan 30. Placed the order and showed up on time only to be told the restaurant didn’t have an order and I had a notification that they had cancelled my order! Manager didn’t know what was going on, finally realized they had their system was set wrong and had me place the order again. I was there for 40 minutes before I got the pizza I had ordered an hour earlier. Even after realizing the mistake was on their end (and I told him that I had to throw away the order from our first visit because it was completely the wrong food) he didn’t even offer $1 off the pizza. The pizza was good, but after 2 terrible experiences there and a manager that didn’t even offer to make it right we will go elsewhere for pizza in the future.
