The food was good overall but not enough to reach 5 stars in my opinion especially given the price. The smoked fish dip itself was tasty and had a smoky yet very delicate and balanced flavour. They served some factory made crackers with it which was a but disappointing. I’d rather love to have something closer to warm cornbread (even if not made in house) than just off the shelf crackers. The shopped pork burger was a bit underwhelming – it lacked sauce and the pork itself was quite dry. It was not too bad but you expect much more from a place specialising on meat. We had to wait for the half rack of ribs for almost an hour since it wasn’t ready at the restaurant opening time. The portion size was small (the ribs themselves were small also), the ribs were good overall even though I like them a bit fattier / more tender. The beer was just okay and nothing more even though it tasted fresh. I wouldn’t buy this beer in a shop. The staff were fine even though our server was a bit too talkative. Overall I would rate the place much higher if the prices were more reasonable but given the price and them specialising on meat I expected more

First, we entered the restaurant on a busy Friday night in Autumn and when the hostess was seating other patrons, the bartender came around the bar and was very friendly and informative. Long story short, he said the wait time would be roughly an hour, but that the brewery next door had a lot of the same menu items (kitchen closed at 8pm though). We went next door to the brewery and sat upstairs, which was very cozy and cute. The jalapeño margarita was very spicy but good and the Jackson’s delight was also solid. Unfortunately, they were out of the appetizer that we wanted, but the briskets sandwiches were bigger than expected and really good. Would love to come back!

Great location, love the patio! We came for food and drinks after a hike. Vibe is very chill, order at the bar and grab a table type place. Food offerings are decent though I wish they’d add more or let you order off the main restaurant’s menu-would love a burger and some wings and ribs! Everything tasted great, drinks were solid-100% will go back.

This is my go to place at the end of the week. Food is great. Staff are excellent and very friendly. The place smells like BBQ and food fire from the outdoor fire pit and the ambiance is cozy and warm. I love it.

Great brewpub serving tasty BBQ with a great beer selection. Very friendly servers and a nice patio atmosphere.

I ordered the nachos per the bartenders recommendation and was not disappointed.

They offer crowlers if you want to take any of their draught beer to go which is nice and also have high quality merch for sale.

Will definitely be coming back.

Great spot to stop with the dogs for lunch in winter. We were able to be on the covered/heated porch. It’s always so hard to find somewhere I can eat with them after a hike while everyone else is out skiing. This fit the bill and the food and drinks were great.

A great brewery serving BBQ. The nachos looked amazing, though we didn’t actually eat here. The beer is fairly average but it’s a great place to hang out, listen to music, make a friend. Inviting with good staff

At the more brewery-centric back bar of Prohibition Pig, you can get top-tier brews and some BBQ. The Spicy Lil’ Piggies (hot sausage, puff pastry, maple, spicy mustard) was a hit as were both their Dunkel, Dunk, and flagship pale ale, Little Fluffy Clouds.

Dam good BBQ. Some of the tastiest and tender BBQ I have had. Great local BBQ atmosphere. Came two weekends in a row. Ate in the restaurant first then in the bar, a separate building attached to the back of the restaurant. Both times the food and staff were great. It’s BBQ, not the Waldorf. Come ready to get sticky and happy on great beer.

From now on, when I think of Nachos I will be thinking of this place. The best nachos in a long while.

Regarding the menu item “Chicharrónes”, it should have the name changed IMMEDIATELY! this is very misleading. Those are not Chicharrónes, I was very disappointed when I saw these “PORK RINDS” which are not CHICHARONES.

Please do sell Chicharrónes or change the name. My mouth was watery when I ordered it and it was dry when they came.

Everything else, was very good. Thank you
