Stopped into Prohibition and honestly the highlight of the night was the bartender Chloe. From the moment we sat down they were welcoming, attentive, and actually cared about what we liked instead of just taking an order. I told them a rough idea of what I was in the mood for and they crafted a drink that was easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time — balanced, smooth, and clearly made by someone who knows their craft.
They kept the bar moving while still checking in on everyone, remembered orders, and created a really relaxed vibe that made you want to stay longer than planned. Great conversation, great recommendations, and zero wait even when it got busy.
Prohibition is already a cool spot, but great bartenders are what make places memorable — and this one definitely did. Will absolutely be back and sitting at the bar again.
