I went to Prohibition for the first time for drinks and ordered a Perfect Martini, which is a somewhat unknown drink in many bars. He brought back my drink soon thereafter and said that bartender knew what it was immediately. It think they made a “perfect” Perfect Martini, which most bars somehow do not make quite as well!
I stopped by the bar and spoke with the bartender “Maria” to tell her that she made my Perfect Martini perfectly. It ends up that Maria is the owner and is very pleasant and good with her customers! She was talking to a customer at the bar who was drinking a Dirty Martini, and said it was made so well.
Maria mentioned they will be doing a big expansion in December to add a second floor! I look forward to seeing that.

Im told this place is going to re open after a major reno.? So the already inflated prices will be higher. It’s Westwood, not Manhatten! Hopefully this time around it will be more organized. It had a cool decor, the special drinks were expensive. But the bartenders made them perfect. Food good, decor was nice. Other than that I won’t go back

I’m genuinely excited to see this place reopening, because when the service is exceptional and the experience is top-tier, the prices don’t matter you’re paying for quality. This spot is on its way to becoming truly elite. And honestly, if you can’t afford a high-end restaurant, that’s okay… just save your pennies for Burger King instead.

-Food: chicken sandwich and burger were delicious, fries were cooked perfectly, Coleslaw was great.
– Atmosphere: very neat, good theming
Bad-
Credit card fee: come on!! Don’t pass that fee on to your customers. Honestly ruined the vibe as soon as we see that on the menu.
Price: should not cost $80 for a beer and a burger for 2 people
Service: very slow
overall, probably won’t come back- as I was penalized for using a credit card on an already over priced meal. It’s a shame bc the food and atmosphere are good.

I got the steak frittes for $38 the steak was so over cooked and literally 4 bites. The artichoke dip was absolutely amazing except the horrible chips all these restaurants use. They are stale gross chips. I like the atmosphere and the people were great I really wanted the food to be better.

Came here last night to meet up with some friends. We were not able to get a table inside so we sat outside. It was a cold night so I do hope they have space heaters for the coming weeks/fall. Our waitress Sammie was great but unfortunately we did not see enough of her- not because of her, maybe there was something going on inside we did not know about but a male server pretty much took over the rest of the night. Food was pretty good, as were the drinks according to my friends. I ordered the Devil’s Queen which was spicy which I liked, but I think it lacked Tequila because I couldn’t taste it/I did not get the good Tequila buzz. Flavor was good so I drank it anyway. We also had to wait a long time for our cards to be returned after paying- and not brought back by Sammie but the other male waiter. Overall, I’d return if I was invited but not my first personal choice.

I’ve never written a review about a restaurant. If I could give this place zero stars I would’ve. My wife and I were excited to try the new restaurant in town. We sat down, put in our drink orders, and mine was wrong so I asked if I can replace it and was told “yes maybe you want to order a less confusing drink”. It was a build your own drink with 3 ingredients. I asked for what I ordered originally and my drink never came while all the tables around us got multiple rounds brought to them. We ordered our dinner and an appetizer. Our appetizer never came out, the wrong meal was brought to my wife, and we eventually got our meals after sitting for 50 minutes. Our food was cold and my wife said it was the worst burger SHES ever had. Lastly the bill comes and of course my drink was charged and I never received it. I went inside to complain to the manager (another thing I’ve never done) and she had the audacity to say that the drink showed in the system that my drink was sent back and another was brought back. I almost lost it but politely said I never received it and she did take it off of the bill. Worst $50 I ever spent! Recommendation for this place would be to get organized and remember the customer is always right.
