The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. Although the choices on the menu are very limited and the service was weak. First out of the appetizers two of them were unavailable which left you very little choice. From the time we sat down to the time we got up and we’re finished was 3 hours. We waited over an hour for appetizers and the restaurant was not full. Portion size and quality of food were good but not great and did not warrant the prices. The waiters and waitresses do not understand proper etiquette in a high-end restaurant as the guests that I invited had asked for the check and without asking me the waitress gave them the check. I was not at the table and my wife was at the table and noticed this happening and questioned the waitress and said please do not do this she ignored her and did it anyway , this is unacceptable as I was a guest at the resort and was not asked before they executed. I complained to the manager of the restaurant but his words to me was well your guests gave his credit card first. Again was not at all impressed with this restaurant.

I’m staying at the hotel and made a reservation for dinner at reception. They couldn’t find my reservation. They had 6 free tables but didn’t want to give us one table. For more than 1 hour 3 tables remained free in the restaurant.

Great meal excellent service. Gorgeous views. A little pricey but everything we had was delicious. Especially enjoyed the shrimp oreganata and the bolognese pasta and pear salad. The carrot cake special Easter dessert was outstanding!! Thank you also for accommodating our guest with food allergies with such care.

Reservation was at 545 w my 6 yo son. Ordered promptly, my sons dinner came out after my appetizer- always bring kids food out first! Then my dinner came out after about 3 bites later. The manager tells me you can have your food now or an hour later. They simply do not care! Starts from the top and that was shown here! Unfortunate!

Horrible experience. We’re staying at a lovely resort, and this was the one blemish. Service was horrendous. We had to wait 45 minutes for the main courses (restaurant was empty) and the food came out lukewarm at best. Veal was dried out and was not freshly cooked, and pasta was cold. We took a bite and asked that it be packed to go. Server had disappeared and then showed up to say it wasn’t her fault. Ruined our evening.

Ok meal. The previous Italian place at the hotel was way way, way better. I don’t understand why Italian restaurants try to over fancy tried and true dishes. We liked the service, but food was average and overpriced.

Between the delish food, the view, the drinks, the service, and being able to enjoy not just the food but also conversation without the buzz of too many people in one room; this was the best meal I have had in Boca. We ordered almost everything on the menu including the salads and everything was great and tasty. Portions are not huge but enough for one person and I do recommend ordering lots to share among your party like we did. We will definitely come back often.

Fire the manager, give the chefs and wait staff raises. I’m only giving two stars, otherwise no stars, because the food was excellent and the waitstaff really tried. Showed up on time for a 6:45 reservation. No table. Wrong telephone number in the system, no assistance in finding a place at the bar. Went to another bar on property, table available at 7:05. Three different waitstaff offer us water, drop off menus. 7:20, order taken, a bottle of wine ordered. Apps dropped at 7:35, no wine. 7:40, waiter explains somm “is looking for bottle.” I ask for something similar from somm. Somm never shows up, but a decent bottle of Gavi di Gavi shows up at 7:50, apparently no Puligny- Montrachet. Mains dropped at 8:10. Really good Branzino, polenta, shrimp scampi decent but cold. At 8: 30 desert menus offered. Gave up. Paid and left. No visit from the manager, no explanation, no offer of any compensation, but we did see the manager flirting with the front desk staff on the way out. Sad, because every other experience at the resort and other restaurants on property were really good.
