Was visiting for a work shop and they got this establishment for lunch. The sandwiches were fresh and the ingredients were solid. The salad was good but they over did it with the onions. The French fries were by far my favorite thing, the dipping sauce was incredible. Overall not a bad spot.

The salads and Tuna sandwich were superb! The owner was very friendly to make sure the food and presentation were top notch. If you are in the neighborhood of the Princeton Soup and Sandwich Company I highly recommend grabbing some great food. The decorated gingerbread cookies were worth the calorie intake. You won’t be disappointed choosing to eat what they have to offer!

We picked Princeton to cater our office lunch today and have to say it was super tasty! The food was delivered ahead of time, was fresh and overall a great experience. They provided options for all employees and the cookies were mouth watering! Highly recommend for catering.

Our Company catered Princeton Soup and Sandwich Company for our working lunch today and it was amazing. Delivery was early and they help setup, which is rare. Sandwiches were awesome and hit the spot, large portions and great Greek salad. We will definitely order again, especially with how easy the order and delivery was for midtown Manhattan!

Service was super fast and polite. I ordered a “kids” size soup (8oz for $5) and they gave me crackers, a spoon, and a big wad of napkins with it. They also taped the lid onto the container, which I thought was so nifty and super helpful. (The tape was even cutely branded with the restaurant logo!) I was able to trek around Princeton with a backpack full of soup for an hour, eat another hour after that, and my backpack was perfectly dry while my soup was still a perfect temperature despite the 70° weather. My “chicken and rice” soup was absolutely delicious. I wish I’d gotten a larger cup because of how tasty it was. If you eat there, they have a few tables in the shop, but I would probably eat at their outside tables – they have a lovely ambiance in the fall. I’ll definitely be going back.
For those who drive there, there is metered parking on the street directly in front of the shop and a parking garage across the street. There are also plenty of very cute shops within a short walking distance if you want to make a trip of it. If you have kids, there’s a game/toy store across the narrow street and the Princeton Public Library is just a block away. I’d definitely recommend a day at the library and a cup of soup and crackers for lunch.

Lobster bisque was great, and portions are huge for the regular sandwiches! They took extra precautions for the gluten free wrap and staff was extremely nice!

Solid bacon, egg & cheese Sandwich! Menus items are admittedly pricey like others have stated here but that’s honestly just the theme of the entire town center.
Plenty of variety here. I would recommend it for breakfast.

Princeton Soup and Sandwich Company catered our strategy session today, the food was amazing, the chocolate chip cookies were overly delicious, well cooked – best cookie I have eaten outside my own home. We recommend Princeton Soup and Sandwich Company for similar events!

I loved their chicken sandwich along with their lobster bisque! It was fried very well and I could taste the lobster chunks in the soup. The outside is very unassuming but definitely worth a try.
