Last night my neighbor order a pie topped with sausage from Princess Maria’s. She knocked on my door and told me she ordered a whole pie, but couldn’t finish it. I told her I’d give it a try, and I’m really glad I did. I have to honestly say, that was the best pizza I’ve had in years. The crust is crispy on the outside but has a nice dense chewy texture on the inside. The sauce is very flavorful and not overly acidic. The sausage tastes like it came from a butcher shop. I’ve eaten so much pizza in my life that I’m rarely excited about it. In this case, I’m actually looking forward to ordering a pie on the weekend.

Absolutely disgusting! The last few times I’ve ordered from here I felt sick. Today I ordered a pizza and salad and the bread was covered in fuzzy MOLD!!! The pizza didn’t even taste fresh and now I feel sick. I’ll never order from here again. Who knows how old their food is and how often dates are checked for their food. If you wanna get sick eat here or save your money!

*Love* Princess Maria’s! They have a wonderful lunch special i treat myself to at least once a week. 2 slices with toppings and a soda for $8! The food is always delicious, and they have a big menu–all kinds of tasty options! Very happy to have found this place! I’ll be a customer for life!

I love this place. Their entree dinners are so good. My go-to is their chicken murphy with extra hot peppers… HEAVEN ON EARTH. Their Focaccia pizzas are a PERFECT compliment to their dinners. They have really good salads too. A small salad is a meal on its own.
They are very cool people. They often send us free zeppole and they remember you and treat you like a friend. My orders have always been correct as well, and they always arrive piping hot!

Love to try the new places in town, and this place is no exception , the owner is very friendly and humble no matter how late or tired he is when you come down to eat, staff is also amazing and helpful , the delivery is also extremely fast and johnny on the spot. Piping hot, fresh crisp from the oven, they go above and beyond to meet your needs, so with that being said , it was my son’s birthday today and I asked if it possible to make him a bday pizza pie, since a pepperoni Sicilian is is fave, they did a amazing job. My family was amazed and my sons jaw dropped when he opened it. The secret to this pizzeria that sets it apart is the the sauce, it is completely different and one of kind taste, not sweet at all, almost old world taste!! all I can say 1 slice and your hooked. My significant other has been to Princess Maria’s a lot of times. The last time we had been there was on September 24, 2025. Once more, I really enjoyed the stuffed shells as well as my significant other. Mozarella sticks tasted awful. Yet, the boss was understanding and gave a refund. We will continue to come back to Princess Maria’s and create more positive memories with their delicious food. We highly recommend this place to others.

The owner is a very nice man and the pizza and food is amazing . However , his son is a nepo baby who shouldn’t be left alone to run the store. He was very rude to me and told me to never come back again after getting the order completely wrong and blaming me for it. I have not returned since but I wish the owner and his business well.

Best place in Brick. Ingredients ALWAYS fresh ALWAYS quality! Service, fantastic. Came in one night and wanted a brooklyn margerhita (BEST ON THE MENU) but wanted a personal pie of 4 pieces instead of 6 which isnt on the menu and without heaitation, the owner did me the favor. TOP NOTCH STUFF. ALWAYS WILL RECCOMEND
