My wife and I had afternoon tea at Prince Tea House and it was a good experience. The tea was very good. We got the mini sandwich/pastry tower tea for two pre-set item and it came with a variety of items. They also sell a few fried appetizers, salads and sandwiches. It felt a bit more like a cafe than a tea house, but I think that is good for biz and all the tables had customers. The menu and ordering system is all on your phone via QR code to your table number. We would come back and try some of the additional menu items.

We visited this tea room and tried the molten lava cake and the green tea crepe cake, along with two pots of black and green tea. The tea was served in generously sized teapots—one pot would have easily been enough for two people.
I really enjoyed the molten lava cake; it was rich and delicious. The green tea crepe cake, however, wasn’t my favorite—it felt a bit heavy and oily, not very sweet, and overall somewhat bland. The tea itself was excellent, the presentation was lovely, and the service was attentive and friendly.
Overall, a pleasant experience and a great spot for tea lovers.

I was not greeted, just sitted, no body come check or ask if you need anything. Order using barcode and no one to ask about the menu.
Atmosphere is good, nice space as shown in the video.
The 3 bruleè tasted good. Sesame, matcha and berry jam on top.
Latte is standart.

Prince Tea House is a wonderful spot if you’re looking for a cozy yet elegant place to hang out with friends, especially for slightly larger groups (we had 5–6 people and it felt just right). The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful plating that makes the whole experience feel special. The desserts were tasty and paired perfectly with their wide selection of teas—I especially loved the toffee tea, which was rich, aromatic, and comforting. Overall, it’s a great place to linger over sweets, tea, and conversation, and I’d definitely come back (for the third time) for both the vibe and the food!

Such a super cute tea house! We came in for tea and dessert and loved everything — the atmosphere is cozy, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors spot on. It’s also really cool how you order right from your phone — the service is unbelievably fast. We were shocked twice: once when our order came out almost instantly, and again when I hit “checkout” and the check arrived in less than 5 seconds! The staff is warm and welcoming, and we can’t wait to come back soon for a full lunch.

I’ve been here once before, and it was completely fine. But today was truly something.

– My friend and I ordered the iced jasmine green tea thinking it would be in a tea pot, since it said that on the menu. However, the tea still came out in a mason jar instead. When we asked, and I also showed what the menu said, the waitstaff said that it just wasn’t able to be served in a tea pot. Just confused why it would say the opposite on the menu then?

– We also ordered the chicken katsu sandwich; the first half was fine, but when I got to the end of the second half, I noticed the pinkness in the meat. When I asked about it, I was told the sandwich was fine because it was “fried”??? I’m going to hope they meant that they used precooked chicken because what? Had me questioning if the chicken was truly too pink or not.

I made reservations for 8 people on Sunday and specifically told the worker we were doing afternoon tea. It took them over an hour to bring the food out, most of the items are pre-made so I’m not sure why it took so long. They also ran out of scones, which is a main component of afternoon tea. They let us substitute it with another dessert; I chose the milk toast. The worker continuously gave attitude towards everyone, not to mention there’s a 20% gratuity added for larger parties and a $38 spend minimum. I thought that was outrageous, I would understand a $20 minimum but almost $40 for cake and tea?? The sweets were good I will admit, not too sweet which is the best. The lavender tea was exceptional as well. the ‘sandwiches’ were pretty lackluster. The interior is charming and elegant. If the service was better and they didn’t run out of food it could’ve been a 5 stars but I probably won’t return to this location.

Ordered the high tea for two, which included two types of tea (unlimited refills for 2 hours) and an assortment of finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts. I’m not sure if the amount of food was worth the $58 (before tax and tip), but it was still a pleasant experience given the ambience, decor and customer service.

I do wish you could order 0% sugar for the teas (by default, the tea will come with 100% sweetness but you can ask for 30%, 70%, or 120%), as the sides were already sweet enough and the tea just added more sweetness

A good experience but I think I’ll try the individual dishes next time!

Very cutesy and I really enjoyed everything. I got the brûlée trio and the black sesame one was soooo good. The rolls were great, drink was yummy but the milk foam didn’t really combine with the tea so much as chunk-ify. Still tasty though.

The fruit tea was fine but kind of tasted like canned fruit instead of fresh fruit. We tried the afternoon tea set, and while the savory foods like the bread and salmon were pretty good, the sweet foods like the macaroons and cake were disappointing and didn’t have a great flavor. The service was normal, not bad but nothing special. The other customers in the store were pretty loud. And I’d say it was pretty expensive to me but I’ve never been to a tea house so I’m not sure. Overall if you’re really into tea or really want to try a lot of finger foods you can come here, but it’s not for me.
