Social Profile:

Prince Lebanese Grill has been family owned and operated since 1989. Here at Prince we preach family, community, and hospitality. We pour our hearts into everything from our crispy light falafels to our spicy shawarma plates. At Prince our food speaks for itself. Francis Kobty aka “The Prince” came to the United States in 1979. After years of being dubbed “the world’s pickiest eater”, he decided to open up his own shop. The concept of Prince was born with the philosophy of using the freshest, high quality ingredients. Our portions are as big as our Texas spirit. In 2007, Prince moved to an old converted Sonic, changed up the menu to add some of his moms secret recipes and the legend was born.

Lebanese meats, kebabs & falafel whipped up in straightforward surroundings with a covered patio.

Prince Lebanese Grill
in Arlington is an incredible place to enjoy authentic Mediterranean food. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with warm hospitality and an amazing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious and full of rich flavor. The grilled meats are juicy and perfectly cooked and the fresh hummus and warm pita make every bite unforgettable. The portions are generous and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The service is friendly fast and makes you feel like family. This place is truly a gem in Arlington and a must visit for anyone who loves great food and great service. Five stars all the wayyyyyyy

The food and service were excellent and I will return. The only reason I gave a four star overall was because the waitress did not let us know her name when she came to the table. It was our first time at the restaurant and we didn’t know the menu that well. Overall, great place to eat.

We’ve been going here for years and it’s maintained its flavors through and through! I order the hummus spicy bowl with beef; their fries and fried cauliflower are also top favorites. Staff always friendly and attentive.
I want to thank my sister Sally for introducing me to this place 6± years ago!

I have greatly enjoyed the food and hospitality of this family-owned Lebanese restaurant since 2009 when I was first introduced to it by a physician friend of mine; Dr “A” didn’t know it at the time, but on that fine spring day many years ago he put me on the path of becoming a “Chicken Shawarma fanatic”. And in the last 16 years, I have told as many people as I could about Prince Lebanese. And now I am telling you: if you haven’t tried it, you owe it to your appetite to do so.

This restaurant is first class (and worth making the drive to north Arlington) for many reasons, not the least of which is the style with which Aziz, Elizabeth, and Amira continue to honor the memory, mission, and legacy of the restaurant’s founder, their father/husband Francis. In addition to fine cuisine, they have carried on Francis’ commitment to community involvement and good corporate citizenship which I believe should not go unrecognized or unappreciated in today’s world.

But there is another reason you should go to Prince Lebanese – – – the food is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal here in 16 years!!! The quality and taste is there every time.

And lastly, when you go don’t forget to ask your waitress for an order of FRIED HALOUMI –

I had lunch at Prince today and sampled this new appetizer which is right now only on their “secret menu” (ie, you have to ask for it). Think of something that looks like an eggroll but which tastes like Heaven! It’s Haloumi cheese wrapped in filo-dough and lightly fried, and there’s garlic cream sauce for dipping. Words don’t do it justice.

If you like Mediterranean/Greek/Turkish style food, I suspect you’ll love Prince.
Enjoy!

Really enjoyed the Mashwi Lamb plate I had. The hummus here is probably the best I have ever had. And you can’t ever go wrong with good Baklava for dessert.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The food was well prepared, flavourful, and overall a great value. Service was attentive and accommodating for my many questions. I left with a great appreciation for Lebanese food and will certainly return. 10/10 Highly recommend.
