Great experience. Walked in and you have to order at the front desk then you go and sit in a booth/table. They bring your order to you. The menu serves breakfast ALL DAY!! They have weekly specials as well. Prices were very reasonable. My omelet, bacon, hash browns, and biscuit was only 12$. They have an entire section of just desserts! It was very clean and even with a lot of people it wasn’t loud. It was a great experience and kids would love this place.

Great looking store. Building and grounds look excellent. The inside was nice. You pay at the counter when you order your food. There was food under a lot of tables and several staff standing around chatting. The service level was the same as a McDonalds, except they asked for a tip. Handed us cups to fill our own drinks. Took a long time to make the food.

Love their food and service is always great! I order to go food at least once or twice a week and, usually, the order is perfect. Today, I ordered the chicken and dumplings, peas and fried green tomatoes. They left out the fried green tomatoes. Please have your employees check the order. We pay higher prices these days and it is frustrating to get all the way back to work and missing one of my side items.

My family and I eat here on Saturday mornings–maybe 2 times a month (or more, if possible). I have eaten there at lunch/dinner, but prefer the breakfast more!

My wife and I are trying new places to eat from, and this was our first time at Primos. The ordering process was new. When you enter, you walk to the counter and place your order. You are given a number and seat yourself and get you beverages from the drink counter. When your food is ready, they bring it to your table. The restaurant was cleaned inside and outside and decorated nicely. The food was great and the staff was very courteous.

Went in for breakfast. We got menus and sat down to decide what we wanted. The breakfast was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. Beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Primos used to be a good place to dine, however after 3 visits, it’s just not in the same class as the old Primos. Food served basically at room temperature, out of cornbread at 6:30, rolls day old crusty, slaw tastes like processed cabbage sliced with a little veggie oil, turkey was like sliced from a turkey roll from Walmart.

I went to Primo’s Cafe in Madison, MS yesterday and ordered the Fried Chicken blue plate with 2 sides including green beans and mac n’ cheese. When I tell y’all the chicken was the best I’ve had in awhile, I truly mean it. They also serve a turkey and dressing blue plate on Thursdays as well. They are open Monday through Saturday serving 2 blue plate options each day along with serving breakfast all day as well. Also, if you have room for dessert, don’t forget to check out their takeaway area where they have cookies, brownies and different slices of cake as well. I love this restaurant because it has been a staple of Jackson way before my time when the original restaurants were off State Street and Capitol Street. I would recommend this restaurant to all of my friends, family, and anyone traveling or passing through Madison. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Takes me back to my youth. Love the old fashioned food served with love. It’s busy during the lunch and dinner time, but the line to order moves quick. Food is brought to the table. My grandchildren love the pancakes, but us adults love the main dishes and the great veggies. Wide choice of selection from catfish to veggie plate and all the meats in-between.
