Absolutely abysmal service. Curt, rude, and ungrateful. I’ve been like 5 times over the last year and a half now and only 1 time did I have a decent experience. I’ve given this establishment plenty of chances and i dont usually leave bad reviews. I think they deserve so the owners know what the problem is. Im sure im not the only customer who feels this way. They do not have to be great at service, just not apathetic and rude. Good prices and food just not worth the miserable staff. People don’t go out and spend their hard to earn money to be treated like an inconvenience.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. The salsa is really good. Everything tasted so fresh. I enjoyed the Mexican pasta and the primos appetizer platter had a little bit of everything. The cannolies are absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff was friendly and courteous. Will talk with you if you like or leave you alone if you prefer. Lol. Service animal friendly which is always nice. They have 1$ taco Tuesday and if i remember correctly on Saturday’s too. The chips and salsa is great! Decently priced. The fajita nachos, very nice size portion. If you are a repeat customer they will remember you. Great place to eat. Enjoy.

Absolutely great food. Great pricing as well. I usually get the chimichanga, and it’s the best I’ve ever had. Loaded with chicken and covered in cheese sauce. Incredible for the price. You can get the lunch portion all day and it’s a generous portion, with the dinner size being even more food. The salsa is the best in town. It’s homemade in the restaurant, not spicy but with great flavor. If you want it spicier, you can order some peppers to heat it up. I don’t normally eat a lot of chips and salsa, but here I almost can’t stop. I could almost drink the salsa. Highly recommend checking them out.

Service was terrible. Tall white guy, hates his job, and wants the restaurant to be ruined was our server. 3 meals were great, the fourth was bland. Server claimed that there was only one hot sauce bottle in the restaurant. Hispanic guy came out and actually gave us some hot sauce which was very good. We might have caught them on a bad day, but we don’t recommend.

Primos has the best salsa! Stopped in for a quick bite ordered from the a la carte menu Tamales and a mixed fajita meat chimichanga . Perfect portions . The Chimichanga was packed full of filling . Tamales were delicious .
Service was wonderful. Waitress, I believe her name was Kalene and she was very nice and kept checking on us. She did a great. Primos is a place I will eat at again .

Hands down one of the best spots in West Plains! I ordered the Monster Burrito and it was absolutely incredible—huge, flavorful, and only $12! Seriously, this thing was packed with meat, cheese, rice, beans, and all the good stuff. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
The service was fast and friendly, and the whole place had a clean, welcoming vibe. You can tell they care about the food and the customer experience. Great portions, great prices, and great people.
If you’re anywhere near West Plains, do yourself a favor and stop by Primo’s. This is the kind of local gem you remember and come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

After showing some property we thought we’d try the new Mexican restaurant out in town. It was very good, had the Ranchero Jalisco and my granddaughter had the Burrito Leon. She doesn’t like the green sauce so I ate it on mine…it was delicious. We did end up ordering queso for the jalisco since it wasn’t cheesy enough for us. 😉 Had grilled jalapenos, but they brought them whole, I like them sliced…they’ll get them right next time I’m sure. We shared the jalisco and it was MORE than enough food for two of us. We’ll be back!
