Don’t do it! They hustled me with two smalls instead of one small and one primo. My fault for not checking the bag and I also didn’t give the 20% tip.
Will NEVER get anything from here again!
They won’t be in business much longer cheating customers like that.

This is too small and skinny to be primo. Will never order again. $14 for this is robbery. Wawa would have given a better hoagie for half the price.

Should have just gone to Wawa if this is what I was going to get. Walked in and ordered to go. It’s hard to tell how busy it is these days because of online orders, but it took a while. Get home and what a disappointment. I’ve eaten at all different primo locations, and the food is always consistent. I didn’t know they were making sandwiches using left over Easter ham! Thickest lunch meat I’ve ever gotten on a sandwich anywhere as was the cheese. Waste of money

I went there tonight for National Hoagie day $7.99 primo size hoagie. I ordered 3 Italian hogies for my family. I asked for a side order of sweet peppers. And this is what I got. My hoagie was also wrong. I ask for sharp cheese on my Italian hoagie.. I actually got no cheese or onion. But they put tomato on mine, which I can’t stand tomato!!! I really would wish people would start following directions. Or i’m gonna stop going to these fast food chain restaurants. But I do like a primo hoagie.

There’s significantly less meat on this Italian hoagie than there used to be, and same with the cheesesteak that we got. I’m hoping this is a one-off because I really love primos but I was very disappointed tonight

What you get vs what is advertised. I know it’s not going to be the exact same but $14 for this is crazy. After seeing the other reviews idk if I’d go back. The owner said on other comments about giving them another chance but doesn’t seem to actually offer to fix it. Maybe it’s the people working. Who knows

Horrible service and product. This is less than 2 oz of chip steak in my $15 cheese steak. Also no cheese. The kid working made 3 of or sandwiches wrong and forgot one.
Not at all worth it.
Very disappointed as I grew up with Primos. Franchising changes everything.

The sizes and meat portion keep getting smaller and smaller wow! Used to be a big sandwhich and now the small is a kiddie size and the primo size we used to split is now small.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been let down a few times foodwise by other places being that I had super high expectations since I am coming from California and hearing all the hype about Philly Food. Well, PrimoHoagies brought it! They exceeded my expectations plus their Dirt Pudding, wrapped pickles and Mozzi Balls are those extra touches that make the orders go over the top with a chef’s kiss. Needless to say I highly recommend PrimoHoagies if you’re in the area. It’s worth the 3,000+ mile trip for me. The staff “Ron & Briana” are awesome they sold me, not to mention her photos are the main reason I came in the 1st place. Kudos!!!
Check my profile, I’m a California Guy who just so happened to visit my work in Coatesville. I’m sending sandwiches home from here because words will never do this experience justice. This being my 1st ever visit to Pennsylvania, PrimoHoagies made it something to remember.
