The BEST hoagie/sub sandwich I’ve had in a very long time– possibly the best hoagie I’ve ever had! I tried the cold turkey hoagie with Cooper sharp cheese. They grate the lettuce, season the tomatoes perfectly, and it comes together so well that I didn’t even need mayo or mustard. I had hot peppers on the side so I could control each bite. 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be going back to try some hot hoagie options.

I try to give these establishments a chance to rectify an issues however, the manager and the association werent competent enough to handle a simple issue. Being as though I’m sick with the flu, I figured I would go here grab something quick and have it for a few says. Not only was the associate very disconnected, unempathic and unapologetic, kept telling me that his manager was on the phone and could talk to me after they message up my order. It was sloppy and didn’t have anything I asked on it. I had notice the order a few weeks ago, that they did the same thing. Whatever they wanted to. I’m not even mad at that they didn’t get the order right. It’s the principle surrounding rectifying the order. This manager today on 2/27 and the associate should be ashamed of themselves. I would have at least liked a refund. But they told me to bring it back even after me advising that I have the flu. It doesn’t even make sense as I already touched it. It’s a waste of time and gas to go all the way back just for a new one when I’m the one sacrificing the time and energy. It’s disgusting how these establishments treat their customers. I hope this review reaches the appropriate party and they can address appropriately.

The Italian Diablo is so good. Primos is my go to for delicious hoagie. Their hoagie trays are awesome as well. Called and made order through the app. It said it would take twenty minutes, I arrived in ten minutes. the hoagies were already made and waiting. It did not disappoint. Would definitely go back to this location and get hoagie from there.
Their chicken cutlet hoagie the bada bing was also a game changer, it was so good. Highly recommend.

When I approached the counter I already had a feeling it was going to be a negative experience. First time at this location. The sandwich was absolutely horrible. I ask for extra seasoning. The person who made the hoagie was finished. I watched her put my bag up front next to the register. Then the other coworker that took the order said she forgot the extra seasoning. Well when I got to work and opened the sandwich it had so much oregano on it and mayo. It was over kill! I had to through the $20 I spent in the trash. Whole entire wrapping papers and sandwich covered in seasoning all because I ask for a little extra. I have never seen anyone go over board. There was a think layer of turkey, little shreds of lettuce a few thinly sliced pieces of tomatoes. I mean I didn’t think I was at Subway hoagie. $20 for a disgusting sandwich. Sunday 2/20/2026 appr 2pm.

If I go to Primos, I ONLY go to Primos in Havertown. The food is great, fresh and always a kind staff working there when I go. Had a chance to speak to the owner one time and he was very kind as well. Hands down best place to eat!

Havertown primos falling off the franchise standard. We paid extra for extra cheese that wasn’t in the sandwich? Asked for pickles which wasn’t in the sandwich? They did put hot and sweet peppers that wasn’t requested for the sandwich? Waited 20 minutes over for our on line pick up time? Why would I ever order there again when cut above is up the pike? Management is failing to uphold standards!! Very disappointing

I stated that I had never been to Primos.
She said you have to request lettuce, tomatoes, & onions; although there is no charge. When I asked about the cup of coleslaw, but didn’t want to buy, she said she could put a tiny bit of coleslaw into a sample cup. I didn’t know I would be charged (75c) for the tiny bit.
The sandwich was also tiny. The cost ($10) was high for the tiny (6in) sandwich.
The parking was fair.

I had the cheesesteak. Great Hoagies and a good start with Cheesesteaks. It was exactly what I expected. Everything was quality, fresh and tasty. But, I am pretty sure the meat wasn’t cooked on a grill. Good start.

Asked for a roll with no seeds, got a hard roll with plenty seeds. $15 for a small hoagie. Not worth it at all, especially when they get your order wrong.
