My buddy and I stop by Primos almost every other Sunday during baseball season, and they never disappoint. It has now become a Sunday staple during football season as well. The hoagies are consistently well made, look great, and taste even better. They’re always fresh, made to order, and exactly what you want every time. Huge shout-out to the owner, Brandon, for being amazing and providing fantastic customer service. He’s always friendly, efficient, and makes the experience even better. This specific location has become a Sunday tradition for us, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had the chicken Caesar a couple days back and it was delicious. The cutlet was nice breaded chicken while the romaine lettuce made it fresh. The gentlemen who took my owner was a friendly ginger headed man who was polite. The 2 other men, a lanky man and a bald man were very chilled and nice when I talked to them while they made my hoagie. I would definitely go back to try their other sandwiches. The dirt pudding is rich and sweet it man eme addicted to buying it. My favorite part is how quick and efficient when picking up the order. I order the chicken Caesar over the phone they said about 15 minutes. When I arrive they put it in a cute size box for me.

Wife and I paid over 50 dollars for lunch today, ridiculous. She got a normal hoagie and I got a cheesesteak with extra meat. The sad part I specifically asked for extra meat because of the skimpy portion reviews. It looked like a normal cheesesteak, meat was dry and cold. Any other sandwich shop will fill the roll, this place, they’re worried about their pockets and not customer satisfaction.

Second time having Primo’s sandwiches, first time in store. Ordering was easy and straightforward from their website. Good variety of sandwich offerings which basically come in a small, medium or a large size. I’ve tried the turkey and cheese and the roast beef and cheese– both were excellent. Note: Primo’s crusty rolls with seeds are outstanding.
Half an hour before closing and the staff member I spoke with took the time to give me directions over the phone as I was coming from an unfamiliar location in Media. Friendly staff, the shop was spotless and my order was ready on arrival. Left a really good impression. Highly recommend.

Super rude woman working there. Sounds like she smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day. Everything I asked for/ordered, she corrected. She couldn’t have made the experience any worse. I called back and cancelled the order. Will not be supporting this franchise.
