My go to for quick and easy. Bread is great and that’s a key. Italian hoagies are very good. Several varieties. Roast beef and turkey hoagies decent. Side ok and satisfying if you feel like it. Pepper shooter not super hot, good enough that I add a pound on most sandwich orders. I like to buy two to have some leftovers. Ok, im not saying best in Philly, I’m saying good, satisfying, and usually cant miss.

The size of the sandwiches are the same as a hoagie from wawa but they are 13-16 dollars. What a shame. Are the sandwiches good? Yes. Are they worth 15 dollars now? Absolutely not.

Mild italian was missing prosciutto.
Classic italian and Mild Italian had very little meat in it. Tomatoes were soggy, super thin and overripe.
I accepted the fact that the sandwiches are getting smaller but I won’t accept poor quality. I expect more if im going to pay almsot $20 for a sandwich.

I ordered my catering meal at about 10:30am. Yesterday for pick up at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30 my order was not ready.they told me I would have to wait for my coleslaw and Mozzarella balls for 5 mins. 20 mins later they still did not have my order complete. I cancelled the Mozzarella balls and was told I would get a credit. Which as of now I still do not have on my CC acct. When I got home we realized there was no tomatoes or lettuce. For any of the sandwiches. Really disappointing and the hoagies were just plain bad no lettuce, tomatoes and a woefully inadequate amount of meat. I need my credit, for the Mozzarella balls and it will be a long time before I return to Primo’s in Ardmore

PrimoHoagies never disappoints! The sandwiches are consistently fresh, packed with quality meats and cheeses, and stacked just right on that signature seeded roll—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I ordered the “Turkey Diablo” this time, and it had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The ingredients taste top-tier, and you can tell they take pride in making each hoagie just right.
The staff was friendly and fast, even during the lunch rush. The shop was clean and well-organized, and they had a solid selection of chips and drinks to complete the meal.
If you’re craving a real Philly-style hoagie, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tried PrimoHoagies for the first time and was really impressed. The portions are generous, everything tasted fresh, and the menu has a great variety. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a good hoagie.

Our order was missing one serving of dessert so I am glad we checked the bag before leaving the shop. Classic Meat and cheese sandwiches are as delicious as they have always been. But I ordered a healthier sandwich, a veggie option and it was disappointing. I guess I should not expect a hoagie shop to do as well on something that is off their core specialty but at the same time, Wawa does pretty well with their grilled veggies and sauces to keep those non-meaty selections flavorful so I think Quizzno’s could do better too.

I’ve never visited this Primo location before today, and I can’t say enough about my experience at Pat & Genie’s store. I was in a real bind, needing a large hoagie tray and some sides for a lunchtime event on extremely short notice. I called the store as soon as they opened and had the pleasure of speaking with Pat. He was incredibly understanding and said he would work it out and get it done. Pat & Genie dropped everything to make sure my order was fulfilled, right on time, like they had said. Their kindness and willingness to help me out in a crunch was refreshing. There’s not many people today who would do something like this. I will definitely be back to support Pat & Genie at their store and would encourage everyone else to visit this location if nearby. It won’t disappoint!
