Ordered #4 hoagies for dinner with a sick friend, 10 min. later, he called and cancelled. I called Primos, asked to cancel an order that was not getting picked up for 1.5 hrs, ie. NOT made yet, and they said, “non refundable”. Apparently in their “fine print”, that you have to search for, which I did not do prior to ordering, and for that matter had full intention of getting the food, so I would have ordered anyway, says 24 hr.notice before picking up. This is BS, to run a business this way and have zero consideration for a customer. I didn’t stiff them, I also provided 1.5 hr. notice, for a something not even prepared ! I guess this is one reason why they have a 3.7 rating!! Sandwiches are ok, but Mgt is extremely poor, and they’ve lost my business. I just spent $100 2 days ago there, for a platter! Plenty of other hoagie shops, This one will not be one I purchase from.

I ordered online ahead of being in the area, about an hour away. After picking up my order, we didn’t realize until we got to our destination that none of the sandwiches were cut as requested. This made sharing one of sandwiches as intended very difficult.

Walked in and had two young kids take my order. The one was on his phone the entire time when I was placing my order. His appearance was also very bad, looking disheveled with long, greasy hair. Definitely not a good look for the food industry.

I came in to pick up an online order at the exact time I was told to but I was told it wasn’t ready yet.
The issue is that the order was ready maybe less than 5 minutes later but he never called my name, I ended up asking 25 minutes later I saw a customer with a much larger order than mine get their sandwiches. The guy at the counter said he forgot.

This is my favorite place to eat lunch! The sandwiches are always on point! I never miss a 3 dollar off Wednesday. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious.

Me and my brother ate there yesterday We got Italian hoagies The meat is sliced so thin not very much of it either. The roll was hard, the order took forever. The place is not managed right. Wawa hoagies are 10 times better and 1/3 price.

Went for pizza next door, they were closed or moving so I tried primos. First time, but they now have me for life! The chicken cutlets were so good! I’ll be back soon! Staff was super helpful as I didn’t know what I wanted, they took time to talk to me and made me a whacked chicken. My new favorite sandwiche! Thanks again, I’ll be back soon.

Always good, great staff always fresh and quality. Only location that never gives me day old bread. (I know difference when they pull a hit roll out and slice it too quick and gets super hard vs day old stale bread)
Been to 6 local primos this one is by far the best and has better prices and freshest everything.
Sure complaints will mean they just match other local primos prices…. Thank you guys!!! Always in and you guys always go above and beyond. Ignore complainers!
