Great food and great crew. The shift lead dealt with an unpleasant customer who disguised his line of questioning as well intended, but was condescending. The lead was polite, heard his complaint and did his best to diffuse but there was no winning the customers satisfaction and sometimes the customer isn’t always right.
We ordered our usual Italian and as always, it hit the spot. Everything just tastes fresh, the hot peppers are crispy, not soggy and we had a convo with the crew and genuinely were very kind and funny. Great job by everyone!

As a delivery driver driver, sometimes there is a wait at this location. Staff does give me heads up which is helpful. Also sometimes has free samples which is great. Have never tried foods other than samples.

So this used to be the best place for me and my girl to get a hero as good as NYC then they changed ownership and they now use cheap bread. And For some ridicules reason you cant get seeded bread on he smaller hero when it was no problem before! The meat doesn’t taste as good as it was either avoid it all cost you can get a subway sandwich for half the price and it will be better! The new owners only care about profit and not having a happy satisfied customer. I’m sure they’ll be chapter 11 by end of 2026

Called was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up. Called back 5-6 times, they did not answer. Went to location. Ordered my food, no line. After getting my food I will ask the man who put me on hold so long, why he did not take my subsequent calls. The “lead” said he would make sure that never happened again. From what I saw, he was too busy chasing girls out the front door trying to get their phone number and then he was worrying about answering a customer order on the phone. Good food very pricey horrible service. I was wondering what the other two employees were doing while he was ignoring the phone.

Alex Desantis (the owner), contacted me directly about a bad order I received a few days ago. He gave me 50% off a whole sub replacement for my previous order. Very kind, and much appreciated. Today went to pick up the order myself, the workers were very friendly, the store was clean. And they listened to my order, the cheese steak was on point. . Just like a real Philly cheese steak, full of meat and wiz cheese, onions and hot peppers. It was perfect. My wife had the primo American, and it also was very good and NOT skimpy on the items. Money well spent, we will be back. Thank you for correcting the previous issue Alex, looking forward to my next whole cheese steak, my favorite!!!

Slowest service i’ve ever witnessed in my life. Only one guy actually working and the other guy is just walking around doing god knows what. Only other person there is a girl who’s just taking orders and answering the phone. We ordered pickup thinking we wouldn’t have to wait as long and it would just be ready. Latest time it said it would be ready was 6:25. It is 6:50. Slowest workers i’ve ever seen
