Stopped by today for lunch, after not having a Primo hoagie for some time, and was not disappointed. The young man at the front counter greeted us with a huge welcoming smile. Took our order happily and presented us with 2 beautiful hoagies. The store was super clean and the other employees behind the counter, were both actively working and not on their phones, like you see a lot of younger employees these days. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will definitely be back!

hands-down tommy is the best employee ever !! from entry to exit he was absolutely seamless ! as someone who has been in the F&B industry for 20 years – I would be honored to have him on my team. he follows every instruction and truly enjoys what he does which is then reflected into your custom sammie ! this Primo is one of the cleanest ones I have ever been to and again you can tell that they truly care here !! if you’ve made is this far, which I hope you have… turkey diablo fully loaded extra OVM, add banana peppers – ask for tommy to make it …. you won’t be disappointed !

I know, this isn’t the cheapest place for having a sandwich BUT believe me, it’s totally worth it.
The quality of the meat is just amazing. Everything was super fresh.
I’m definitely coming back to try a hot hoagie.
The only downside is that they can’t toast the bread and there’s no fries. Just chips. And no combos, so that makes the order pricier.
It was weird that it was early and all the chairs were on the tables, not sure if they were cleaning before I arrived but was kind of awkward eating like that.
Service was great! Even for a counter table service.

Picked up 2 hoagies to go today a mild Italian and a sharp Italian. The lettuce in both was starting to turn brown and there was very little lunch meat. A half of one the hoagies had almost no meat it was like just eating lettuce. No flavor in either hoagie. Very disappointing! The owner was nice but the girls working had no clue what was going on. We went a couple weeks ago when they had the new owner grand opening and they were good but today worst hoagies we ever had. Won’t be going back it was such a waste of money!

I love Primo hoagie. Have for years, but this location is slipping bad. I get the same Audiablo that I have for years. The past 3 visits something is missing or not right. This time they didn’t have seeded rolls, I asked for extra diablo seasoning, they didn’t put any on, and asked for mayo and oil and didn’t get oil. Honestly, this is just a Wawa hoagie. Pretty bummed because they are not cheap.

After a long day of work, my mom and I stopped by PrimoHoagies and it was exactly what we needed. The food was fresh, absolutely delicious, and beautifully prepared. The presentation was stunning, the shop was clean, and the staff was friendly. A perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

If you are new to trexlertown and are hungry for a sandwich you should seriously consider paying PrimoHoagies a visit. Every sandwich is made fresh right in front of you in their open kitchen. They have a wide variety of chips and drinks with fresh pickles and bread. The food is outrageously good and people, friendly.
