Really. My husband happens to absolutely love the rice pudding it is best rice pudding that you can get anywhere. Every single time I order a cheese steak I have more cheese than I do steak to a point that I even called up the last time I ordered it to tell him to cut back on the cheese. It’s supposed to be steak with cheese not cheese with steak. If it wasn’t for them putting an over abundance of cheese on it they’d get a much better reading than what they have now. I don’t know if they changed whoever is cooking it or what but it is way too much cheese with very little steak. They’re ham and cheese are great and so is there turkey and cheese. I’m not a sesame seed bread type of person but overall they really need to improve on their cheesesteaks because it’s just way too much cheese it’s like I have a big old mozzarella stick in there with a little bit of steak sticking to it. Prices are way too expensive for what you’re getting and I think this is probably the last time I’m ever going to order from them because of that

Awesome hoagies! I love the sharp Italian. The sesame seeds on the rolls really makes the hoagies POP with incredible flavor. Two thumbs up, 5 stars. If you find yourself in the area you should give them a try.

Just received the catering order for the company ECOP. The food is absolutely delicious, dropped off in a timely manner and the subs are cut to perfection. I have a stomach condition and can’t enjoy food much but the sizes and freshness makes it so much easier for me to thoroughly enjoy and finish a meal which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. Even small things like that means a lot to me! Great job! Great employees, excellent service! I would definitely recommend. Jessica the manager is absolutely amazing!

We ordered a mini tray for a gathering before a high school graduation. I was concerned that it said it served “5-6” as that is usually wrong at most places. We had other stuff to munch on, so we decided to stick with the mini. I’m glad we did. We had a bunch of sandwiches left over. Two of us hit it for lunch the next day… and still, we had leftovers.
The food was fresh and delicious, and they packed plates, napkins, and a bunch of fixins (mayo, pickles, peppers, banana peppers, onions and squirt bottles of oil and vinegar). Definitely worth the price (try feeding 5-6 people at a fast food place with leftovers for the next day for $62).
The staff at the St. Clair store are always courteous and professional. We will definitely be back.

Subs are really lacking in meat. Dont waste your $$$

Gave it’s another shot. They just can’t get an order right no matter how hard they try. They cannot even get the correct cheese on your cheesesteak. I ordered provolone I got something that tasted like Parmesan. Gross. I did call them and the staff stated they do not have parmesan cheese but it sure tasted like it. Wasn’t provolone, thats for sure. Wish I would’ve took a picture before I gave it to the animals! While still at Primo, they had to reopen the “cheesesteak” to cut it in half. Prior to that, they gave me raw onions. This is on a Philly cheesesteak mind you. Luckily I caught that. I wish I would’ve Spotted them putting on Parmesan cheese (or whatever the hell it was) but sadly I didn’t.
Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve been here several times and the level of service that each team member gives is AMAZING! Kind, Helpful….everything you would want from a restaurant when you go out. I’ll call in with like 10 different peoples orders and each one has it’s own special way of making it….Nothing is EvEr Wrong! The attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you and your team for making our lunches so much more enjoyable. If I could ever suggest something to. make them even better – – – It’s BACON! Everything is better with bacon.

I came here at 7pm and placed a order for a small cold sub. I waited past closing time it was 8:11 when I just received my sub. The workers were polite however really young and nobody had on hairnets and there was wigs and curls and pony tails hanging over every station. I asked for my money back at 7:45 and was told it was ready. Which was not true still had to wait another 26 minutes. Then after all this my bread tasted expired and hard. I got 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of ham and then 2 pieces of turkey with a overwhelming amount of lettuce. I’m really disappointed with this location along with the price for food here. I’ve been to many locations and none were ever this terrible for food nor wait time.

This place is busy so call ahead or use the app. Subs are delicious. Potato salad uses red skin potatoes which I dislike. But the taste is good. Drinks are by bottle only and the cooler was not well stocked. Service is very good, especially when considering that everyone is new as it has just opened. Visit today!
