I had an incredible Old Italian Sub at PrimoHoagies. The sub had a perfect blend of spiced ham, provolone, salami, turkey, and vegetables toppings. The bread was also very firm and high quality, unlike other sub stores that use cheap, mushy bread. The sub overall was very high quality and generous with the meats. The service was also very quick. PrimoHoagies is an excellent place to get a delicious sub in Ocean City and I full recommend going here.

Our first time getting a”Schwartzie” hoagie, the staff was nice, the store had no tables so we took a whole sandwich home. It was big but lackluster for $32! The seseme roll was the dominant ingredient, not enough of anything else for the price! Disappointed for sure, probably our last time!

This is a NASTY chain with nasty sandwiches. They do not offer refunds if dissatisfied. I ordered a $17 Italian pork with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. Without saying it on their menu they don’t HEAT UP Italian Pork sandwiches like they are traditionally served. THEY serve them with COLD broccoli rabe, COLD pork and NOT MELTED cheese. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT a decent sandwich with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to Primo Hoagies and we ordered the Primo Italian and a corned beef schwarties. Well I must say the meat is quality but the way they prepared the Italian sandwich ruined it. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and extra onions. And what I got was rotten tomatoes, a slither of onions and barely any mayo. Their subs are made on a thick seeded roll which need mayo on both sides, unfortunately it was a dry sub. Poor cashier didn’t even know what a schwartzies was, that should’ve been a red flag but we still ordered. Sandwich was decent but truly need to melt extra thick slices of swiss cheese. Would I go back here, nope.

Primo’s is always our first stop as soon as we get set up in Ocean City but they always forget my pickles and yes my wife always tells me to check the bag and I never do. Sandwiches are the best no doubt but I need my pickles LOL..

Went to primo’s again tipped well didn’t get my order of the way it was supposed to be regular meatball parmesan cheese sweet hot peppers on the side never got my Parmesan cheese..on top or my sweet peppers on the side”” stuff isn’t cheap today ,!! .and I tipped ‘ pretty well .. considering. never get my order right,” every time I go there .. what’s up .?? The sandwiches are terrific but we have had such a poor time with the customer service. We made an online order on the website which charged my debit card. When we got to the store they couldn’t find record of it. The store personnel said they can’t do anything about it to my wife with an attitude. Now I have to figure out how to get this charge off my debit card. Another occasion included no bread for the sandwiches.
