My husband and I wanted a good steak sandwich. What a disappointment! The steak was reheated meat,pre-made onions and the biggest disappointment…the roll. The roll was a soft seeded bland piece of I don’t know what!!
The roll makes the sandwich.
I am so disappointed. We’ve been Primo’s fans for years. The Sarcone bread sealed the deal.

I have eaten from Primo’s in Sewell multiple times & they have always been excellent! Our son picked up some today to bring to our house for Father’s Day. I couldn’t believe he had gotten them from Sewell. There was hardly any meat/ cheese on my Italian & my husband’s cheesesteak! I don’t know if they were busy for Father’s Day, but I’ve ordered when they have their specials, & are extremely busy, and have never been disappointed with their quality before.

I placed a larger order for the NFC East championship game. Got to the watch party and my order was all wrong- a hot mess!! Went into the store to let them know and Thomas was very kind, apologetic and accommodating. I truly appreciate his effort to try to make it right.

I didn’t even realize there was a Primos in Sewell so I decided to stop in. I was greeted by two friendly employees who helped me place an order. I came in another day and was once again greeted by the same two employees who took the time to answer any questions I had. The food was delicious both times and I plan to come back again soon.

I love Primo’s in Sewell, NJ. Thomas the Mgr. Is wonderful and Rebecca is teriffic too. I have gotten delivery and take out also. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and their hoagie is delicious. I would highly recommend this location!!

This is the second time I ordered from this where the roll was hard and stale, the tomatoes on the sandwich looked like the were cut days ago. The first time I thought maybe it was just a one off, I was wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, IT WILL DEFINITELY DISAPPOINT YOU.

I did an order for 3:50 and it didn’t get done until 4:05, good thing I didn’t have things to do afterwards. There were two workers, they had barely any communication when I checked how many hoagies I had (ordered 7) I only had 6 in my bag. I told them it was missing and the one worker looked at me dumbfounded while the other stopped what he was doing to fix the mistake. It’s ridiculous that I ordered my hoagies this morning for 3:50pm giving them plenty of time for this order to be completed on time.

I never order delivery but I’m home recovering from surgery, cannot drive and no one was home to go pick up a hoagie for me. So I paid more for delivery than the cost of the hoagie. it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered from a store that’s 4 minutes from my home. My family member finally came home about 5 minutes after it was delivered and they went up to the store in person to get a hoagie for themselves and their sandwich was made in 5 minutes. While other people who ordered online had to wait between an hour and 2 hours. What the heck kind of service is that? Why are orders not completed in the order in which they were received? That’s just logical, good sense. This is the worst, most ridiculous experience I ever had with placing an order for a turkey hoagie that probably doesn’t even take 5 minutes to make. I will never order delivery from your place ever again. Especially now since I know that you do walk-in orders before online orders, no matter how long ago the poor customer placed their order online. There was barely any lettuce on the hoagie and you didn’t even include my pickles. That’s the second online order I’ve done where you did not include what I asked for on the side. It’s not rocket science people.
