Way too overpriced for subpar food. The spinach artichoke dip was very bland and flavorless and the calamari came out cold like it was sitting for a while. Unfortunately our server was not very attentive. My drink ran dry a couple of times and it would take forever just to get a refill. People would show up well after we ordered and receive their salads and appetizers way before us, as they had a great server. But ours was drawn out and just unpleasant. I feel if the waitstaff wants a good tip, then some effort and care should be put forth. A pretty disappointing dinner, but now I know to stay away from this establishment.

We stayed at the hotel and tried these guys for breakfast. Slightly better than your standard hotel fare food, but I was hoping for better.
Tried the build your own breakfast. Not much seasoning on anything so I had to over do it on salt/pepper/Tabasco. The bacon tastes like grease, breakfast potatoes are crunchy and flavorless, eggs were cooked perfectly over easy.
Friendly, fast service and staff overall is fantastic.
My little one had the toast, bacon and breakfast potatoes… she refused the bacon, toast was good but potatoes were ok.

Had a great experience at Primo! We ate in the bar, and it was very clean and comfortable. The bartender/server had a great attitude and was patient. The food and wine was delicious and very affordable. If you’re looking for a good pasta dish in town, this is the place to go!

Has potential. This was our first time there. First impression: nobody greeted us. The manager came to the register, but did not acknowledge us, and we had to wait for a waitress to finally seat us. Waitress was kind and provided good service. We had bruschetta to start, which was delicious! I had the prime rib w/garlic mash and husband had ribeye with fries. His ribeye was thin (1/4in thick) and overcooked (ordered medium…more like medium well). Good flavor, but mediocre cut of meat for $29. Prime rib was 50% fat and gristle(no exaggeration). It came cooked medium-rare, which is what I wanted (and how prime rib should be eaten), but it was the toughest, stringiest cut of prime rib I’ve ever had. Again, had wonderful seasoning, but poor cut/quality meat. I had mine with garlic mash, which was good and a side salad, which was a bit wilted. I will probably try the restaurant again, but will avoid the beef cuts.

Our reservation were at 630pm and did not get table till 45 minutes later. Then we were seated and had to ask another 30 minutes. Got our food my Urbandale prime rib for price was tough and blood could of ran off plate.my pasta was dry with no flavor. It’s ridiculous to have only 3 servers and the hostess didn’t know her left from right. Specially the biggest day in Febuary. For 80.00 should of been a great meal.

Grandest disappointment in Minot. We dined in for the Sunday brunch. Absolute abysmal selection. I’ve seen better variety at a free continental hotel breakfast. For the price, there was a much higher expectation. The food was bland, cold, and otherwise unappealing. Would recommend steering clear. Wasn’t even worth taking my phone out for a picture of the food. It’s as bad as you can imagine.

The staff was all super friendly, and the location can’t be beat if you’re staying at the hotel. The food however was pretty lacking despite looking good. I had the sirloin bella, which was a pretty gristly cut of meat with a light cheesy sauce and rock hard crispy onions on top, with really lame garlic mashed potatoes underneath. The worst thing though was the coconut cream pie that I made the mistake of ordering. The pie was clearly out of a grocery store freezer, and not even one of the decent brands.

Ordered take out 10 minutes before they closed after we checked into hotel.
Staff was super friendly and overly accommodating to get us food. Burgers were absolutely amazing. If I lived in Minot I would go there often.

Went the night of the Vampire Burlesque show held at the grand. First time having their food besides at the bacon and brew event held annually at the Roosevelt Zoo. The wife and me arrived around 715 pm on a Saturday night and after we were seated they said they are out of all burgers, prime beef, and chicken. No big deal, plenty of other options on the menu.
Staff was extremely nice and the place only had a few tables that were seated. We ordered a bottle of wine which was priced at $23.99 on the menu but was $26.99 on the ticket. Whatever, only a few dollars and I’m not even going to bring it up to our waitress as she had verbalized every time she had come to our table on how busy they were earlier and how little tips she had received.
My wife ordered the portobello ravioli which came out in a bowl which was sitting in about 1 inch of olive oil, completely soaking all of the ravioli. I ordered the bourbon chicken pasta which looked good when they brought it out. I sunk my fork into it and the pasta was so over cooked that the noodles would fall apart if you tried to twirl them up. The sausage that was in it was borderline burnt, overcooked, and inedible.
Again, our waitress was nice. But the wine and my pasta were a few dollars more on the receipt that what was on the menu, food itself was not good, and the place was pretty dirty (ceiling fan blades were black).

I had steak and eggs, among other things. They were quite good. The taste of the ice tea was off. The server was rushed and could have been nicer. Tables and chairs could use a cleaning and some minor repairs.
