Took us in without a reservation, and sat us promptly. Didn’t get to see much of the atmosphere ,as we were sat along the windows near the street view. The food is why you go! Those Parm/garlic fries are frickin’TOP NOTCH!! Hand cut, crispy outside, fluffy inside, for an Italian place, they do a Hella fry.
The Veal dish was amazing. Coated fried to perfectionz Arugula salad was top notch over the top. Wife’s pasta dish eas good, made a small substitute for sauce, and the chef made it seamless.
Definitely a spot to go for a good Americana Italian meal.

Experience was great. Loved the vibe and our server! Food was not great. I ordered the veal porcini and my boyfriend got the seafood linguine. Both were ehh. Not bad not great. Not worth the price. My glass of reisling was amazing! My dirty martini with blue cheese olives was a let down- with the tiniest couple of crumbs of blue cheese.

A nice quiet and classy restaurant. The menu selection were perfect because they provided a variety of options but it wasn’t overwhelming. Everything my friends and I ordered was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The service here was great as well. Our server consistently helped us before we even asked. The prices are also very reasonable when comparing to other steakhouses/Italian restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend choosing Primo Prime for your next date night, birthday, or other special occasion.

Nice ambiance, the makings of a fine restaurant, the waitress and servers were on point. the food however needs a bit of looking into. Had the duck. The fat on it tasted a bit off. Had the ravioli, was plated beautifully, however it very little sauce and was hard to eat, had to ask for mire sauce, it dry feeling and tasting, could have used more basil as well. They served bread with a bean substance, it was good but not something I’d expect in an Italian restaurant. I asked for a garlic, pepper, cheese and olive oil dip to eat with the bread. The olive oil didn’t taste pure virgin tasted like a mixed oil, they didn’t add cheese. I would have ordered proseco but it was on tap, not for me. An Argentinian malbec or merlot would have been a great choice. I travel the country working and have had the pleasure of visiting many fine restaurants, if the food is looked into this place could make the list.

Beautiful restaurant but don’t sit by the windows, cold and feels like the children’s table. Service great. Waitress really nailed the wine selection. Food, we got pastas, was ordinary at best. Try it once inside maybe we just ordered badly.

Went for Queens Feast. Our server, Bret, was spot on with his service. Impeccable timing and never felt rushed to finish. Great job by management to maintain the ambience. Overall, the food was excellent and very well prepared. We ordered the crab cake, fritto misto, penne seafood and tagliata steak. The crab cake was crispy but not greasy. The fritto misto, also fried, was tasty and loved the fried zucchini mixed it as well. The penne seafood was flavorful, the penne was al dente. Would definitely order any of these again. The steak was prepared properly but the entire plate was probably the less flavorful of all the items we ordered. I would not order the steak again. I’m lactose intolerant, so for my dessert, I received the fresh fruit dish which is usually my only dessert choice. Really?! I have gotten to the point I usually turn down fresh fruit. But I was served the fruit anyway and these were the best strawberries I’ve had in years! Not sure where these were purchased, but they were picked ripe! These were not picked green then left to ripen during transit like so much of our fruits and vegetables today. The bread and white beans served as we waited for our meal was good, however, I have a pet peeve about burned bread. And ours was on one edge. The bread was good, crusty outside, soft inside but I never understand why restaurants serve burnt bread! We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner. The wine prices are on average $40/bottle. If you bring your own bottle, corkage is $20.
They were very helpful with my lactose intolerance and even made recommendations on what I could order (almost everything). NOTE: The tables on the porch were extremely close, you had to turn sideways to get to your table. No elevator so if you can’t climb stairs, you can’t eat here. I like the quiet background music, we were able to have a conversation but were so close to the other diners that we never had much of one. Maybe one row of tables rather than cramming two on the porch?

We went here on a date night. The service and food is amazing. The staff were very friendly. The black eyed peas they give as complimentary was just too good (I prefer soft bread though). The waiter was very accommodating and helped with customizing to our tastes. Roasted chicken was juicy and tender.
We will visit again….

I went for restaurant week and got the potato leek soup, the lamb shank and the cheesecake. The leek soup had plenty of delicious crab meat in it. Otherwise I think I would’ve been happier w the beef carpaccio the server recommendation. The lamb shank took forever but was well worth the wait. It was bigger than a turkey leg and came on a bed of cheesy parmesan risotto. The lamb was delicious the red wine reduction was so delicious I couldn’t get enough of it. The risotto was amazing! Totally hit the spot and paired perfectly w the lamb and the juices. The cheesecake wasn’t over the top but definitely didn’t disappoint. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was very cozy.
