We had a great meal at Primo! The pizza was piping hot at delicious, best slices I’ve had outside NYC! The waitress was attentive and the atmosphere made it a nice dinner after a 12 hour shift.

Spaghetti was watery! We ordered meat sauce but got marinara instead. And the waiter didn’t know what a knish was. I’ll take my business to Zorba’s or Lindy’s next time I want some spaghetti.

Update, from below, tried a take out order again this weekend and it was ready on time. The staff seemed much more synchronized. Great pizza.

So I really don’t like to talk negative..I always try to find the positive in everything. Literally..but.. on this one..its no possible being the were way more negative than positive. My family and I stopped by figured even though it looked outdated it might be good. .wrong!! We ordered the carnivore stuffed pizza that was okay which is why I gave the 2 stars. The buffalo chicken sandwich.. tasted like they were cheap frozen pieces of fake chicken dipped in buffalo sauce..the French fries were cold kind of stale.. the wings in all flavors were super salty and you could tell they were precooked and warmed up in the microwave. The waitress had to be found so we could get refills as she went everywhere but our table. Truth.. I would not recommend or would never return. Not worth the bill we got for the low quality food. But hey everyone’s taste buds are different.

Was really excited to try this place because I love Italian food and outdoor patios. Unfortunately the patio was the only thing worth coming back for. Had mozzarella sticks & spaghetti with meatballs…it was the most flavorless meal ever. It actually reminded me of the icky school cafeteria lunches but with less flavor. But on the positive side the patio is nice and we enjoyed the music 🙂

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Customer service is the worst. Burnt pizza. Bad attitudes. Confused staff. Waitress used her hands to pick up the pizza and sausages. Apparently the staff were having trouble with each other. I was not the only customer who did not like the experience. We will NEVER go back. Elizabeth’s Pizza is better!!!

Typically this place is good. Pizza has good flavor, right amount of sauce & toppings. Their calzones are good too. The last time I visited this restaurant though the pizza was undercooked. The crust was chewy like dough. The cook looked quite young, not a staff member I’ve usually seen. Maybe he’s new & needs more training? This is not typical of the restaurant though, usually their crust is done right. Also, fyi their crust is on the thinner side considering they hand toss the dough.

We went tonight and were very disappointed in the staff. This is not the first time in the last couple of months they have disappointed us. I have watched the other waitress talk about other waitresses and bully them in front of customers. I have seen the new waitresses cry because of this. We went tonight to eat at 9:25, they close at 10:00 and were stopped by a waitress. She informed me the dining room closed at 9:30. I asked her when did this start and she laughed and said it has always been that way. We told her we eat her a lot, but we will be leaving and not returning. This “new staff” they have working are very rude! We love the pizza at primos and enjoy eating there and love the owner, but this staff is killing his business.

First of all pizza was actually pretty good and definitely good portions.
That being said, this place is falling apart. Not sure if there’s a manager even working?
Dust is covering EVERYTHING except the table itself upon which you eat. Lighting and signage is broken or missing inside the restaurant, landscaping around the parking lot is neglected, and if you’d like ranch dressing, they’ll charge you an extra 64cents for a small dipping cup.
Apparently, they know how to cook pizza, now they need someone to come rescue them from their manager.

Genuinely unpleasant place to eat. The food is alright at best, but the manager has no clue what he is doing when it comes to food safety, so the staff is just as clueless and it shows. The manager is also a giant prick who vocalizes all of his antiquated and purposefully confrontational opinions for all to hear. Just go to a different pizza place. The food might not leave a bad taste, but the experience will.
