I think it changed owners. There were 2 kids working their when I went today 4/8/23 a girl no more then 16 possibly and a 12 year old making the pizza… and the quality showed. Nothing like before when I got it a year ago

I bought the extra large 18 inch primo special was great as well as it looked . I also like to point out they care about how to serve fresh made pizza. Look at the picture notice the pizza DRIP PAD AND TOPPING protector , I hate soggy crust ,….. Amazing how it looks like other pizzas until you taste it

I first want to give a HUGE shout out to the staff at primo specifically the young lady working last Thursday night who was awesome and kind enough to charge my dead cell phone there after being locked out of my home. I had just got off a long day at work and not having a good day I was locked out and no phone to call anyone. Then when the charger I had wasn’t properly working you plugged your charger into my phone and got it charged enough for me to call a friend to bring my me my spares. Thank you again so much you know who you are. 2 huge slices of pizza for $8 great deal great food and best staff ever In the Bay. Make this place a go to you won’t regret it. Thanks again for your help.

This place is amazing. The customer attention is great and the owner is very charismatic. This place is not only delicious offering a lot of choices (great pizza, sandwiches, salads, wings…) But also is very brave. That street has the major restaurants in the food industry. What makes the difference? This foods does not taste industrial, it tastes like home. After a long day, this pizza is something you want.

I came into buy some pizza and I gave the guy at the register $25 on a $15 order hoping to get a $10 change back. The guy doesn’t give me any change and counted my $20 bill as a $10. I tell him that I gave him a $20 on top of $5. He only gives me $5 back. My friend orders a slice of pizza and charges him extra for what I already paid for his drink.

You could easily miss this place. It looks like another generic pizza place. And to be honest, it kind of is, in the best way possible though. Pizza is top notch 5/5. They deliver till really late. They open till the sun rises in New York. All the toppings you want. And most of the time your order is taken by a guy that looks like if Super Mario aged 10 more years. Dress warm if you going late though. Parking is hit or miss during the day.
