Ordered a pizza from here last night. It was extremely undercooked, cheesy and floppy. We returned the pizza because it was not edible and the hoagie we ordered was wrong as well. I had taken a bite of the pizza to test it and when we returned it they just threw it back in the oven….added cheese where the other cheese fell off. Two different colors of cheese is a number one indicator you just reheated the pizza. My issue is I ate from the pizza and put it back in their oven. I get heat kills germs but this is just absolutely disgusting to me. What else are they doing with the food in there??

There is potential here. They are still figuring it out. The food is good, when you eventually get it, you’ll get 1 drink maybe so might be a good idea to order 2-3 @ a time. They need to work on the layout, and it’s hard for every restaurant to find people to work right now. They may get it together, all the pieces of a great dining establishment are here, it’s just not finished cooking yet.

I cannot say enough how wonderful our time here was. I had someone give me a gift certificate so we decided to try it out and it did not disappoint! We already have plans to go back next week. The food was wonderful and even though they were extremely busy the service and atmosphere was top-notch.

The service here is outstanding! Their bread is the best I’ve ever had. The food was prepared well. I really enjoyed the chicken parmigiana. It was cooked perfectly. The have a great desert list and I highly recommend the canolis.

The food was great quality and good value compared to other places these days. I would definitely come back here. Our waitress was also really personable.

Amazing meal! FYI: Kat is a top notch server. So, From the bread dipping oil to dessert our group of 9 was delighted with everything. The gnocchi was amazing. We all tried to taste each other’s dishes because everyone was raving about what they had picked. They were all so good. I had the pork chop. It was savory and tender and with the sauteed mushrooms it was fantastic.

Amazing food! Great service! Recommend the gnocchi with pesto sauce and definitely the garlic knots. Kat was great! Bubbly and fun. Primo is my #1 Italian restaurant now.

Ordered from Primo Pasta Kitchen via Door Dash. Order took a while to prepare and when it came, it was cold. Know it was not dasher’s fault because we saw he shot from there to our house quick. I ordered a bowl of cream of crab soup. They sent a cup that was empty. I also order wings and they did not come at all. Definitely a very poor service place. This is not first time they’ve messed up our order but it was the worse. Never getting food from there again. Too many other nice places around for that.

I can’t say enough good things about Primo, especially the manager dealing with me and my sons food allergies. My toddler has a dairy and soy allergy, and I have to avoid dairy as well myself. We had to go to Primo for a rehearsal dinner, and I had so much anxiety about not being able to eat anything due to our food restrictions because I assumed dairy would be in everything. The manager went above and beyond to ensure my son had noodles and a fruit cup, even going back to check ingredients in the kitchen to ensure food was safe for him. He also made me a custom off-menu dish when I said I was unsure what to order that would be safe and do-able without dairy. It was delicious and so thoughtful. We had zero reactions or issues afterwards. Definitely will go back and recommend others with allergies consider this restaurant. They really care.
