Primo Grill offers Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on grilled meats, vegetables and fish. We make a thin crust Neapolitan-style pizza and our own pastas. We shake cocktails to go and offer growlers and bottle wine to go. The menu features the use of Puyallup Valley produce when in season.

First time on a beautiful evening, smiling stress free atmosphere. We were seated quickly and from drinks to dessert, we loved every minute. The burrata was creamy, the fungi pizza warm crisp and flavorful, and the flourless chocolate love cake was beyond. What an all around experience. The answer to your question is-yes, go and enjoy! Now!

You will not regret this place. Sat at the bar for dinner due to a 45 min weekend wait. Bar was just as fantastic and I love seeing the drinks being made.

I actually enjoyed the appetizers more than my entree. For the appetizers I tried the fried cauliflower, kamilchee mussels, pan roasted calamari. And the mussels and calamari were SOOO good. Every bit was flavorful! The garlic saffron sauce that came with the calamari was delicious! The red lettuce was really good too. I liked the edge of the toasted hazelnut. For the entree, the lamb chops were nice and tender but not as flavorful as I’d like.

Food was excellent. The lamb shank with polenta was salted properly, prepared exquisitely, and the taste neared perfection. The craft cocktail menu did not disappoint either. The Cesar salad could use a little work, maybe some salt, slightly more dressed, and actual anchovies to get it up to par with the rest of the restaurant’s food caliber.

I just ate here for the first time the other day, and oh my goodness I had one of the best dining experiences ever! I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but there was an older woman who was our server and she was the sweetest and funniest woman ever! She was so charming, she provided great service along with all the other employees, despite us being the last people to leave everyone was so nice and I didn’t feel rushed at all. If you’re going, be sure to get the sticky rice pudding and the flourless chocolate cake, LIFE CHANGING! both melted in my mouth and tasted amazing, I was so fully and was considering just leaving but my waitress insisted I take them home, she was so funny. Great dinner experience!!!

Our server was outstanding and this place is a little gem. The fried brussel sprouts are the best I have ever had. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for food is because our steak was medium to medium well and we asked for medium rare, otherwise I would say this place is on my list now and we will return.

This is the second time coming here. The first time I would have rated them 5 star this time not quite as good as first. The drinks were a little on the sour side although the old fashioned was good. The steak had good flavor but was a tad chewy. The potato gratin was delicious. It is unfortunate that you don’t get a choice of a different potato. The arugula salad presentation looked pleasing but was a little hard to eat without having to tear apart the prosciutto by hand. The fun guy Pizza had a really great crust and delicious flavors with the goat cheese. The star of the night was the calamari which was absolutely divine although because it has a nice sauce they should serve it with a little hunk of grilled bread on the side. The first time we went we had pasta and fish which was spot on as were the drinks. Service was great and I like that they do contact tracing. Clean and friendly staff. We will definitely give it another try.

Ordered the halibut special, carbonara, hazelnut brownie sundae, and a black manhattan. Everything was cooked perfectly and was definitely worth the money spent. I really liked the restaurant environment. It made for a really great start to a date night! We made a reservation beforehand, and I would recommend doing the same as it was pretty busy when we got there.
