Called in order for Supreme Pizza. Wait time of 30 minutes was not unreasonable for a new business that’s been extremely busy. Arrived on time had short wait due to line, but pizza was ready. Noted that pizza box felt only warm. Pizza looked fine but seemed under cooked and lacked flavor. Dough was soft had to fold just to pick up without toppings sliding off. Tried to order thin crust but was told at this time they couldn’t fulfill request. After receiving possibly undercooked and only warm, not sure I’d order pizza again. Will try other menus items at a later date.

First time eating at Primo, so I did take out and ordered the chicken alfredo and it comes with garlic bread. The service was very friendly and helpful over the phone and greeted me with a smile when I walked in. I’d rate the chicken alfredo as a 7 out of 10, and the garlic bread had very little butter and wasn’t toasted, but no biggie. Overall good experience and I’ll be back.

My wife and I recently stopped by in the early evening since the place we were heading was closed. Only one car was in the parking lot so we thought we give it a try. We were impressed by the food and service, both were great! The food was delicious. If you are in the area – Give them a try!

This is a hole in the wall, local place, not a fine dining restaurant. That said, it was clean and comfortable, so as long as you do not expect tablecloths and candles I do not think you will be too disappointed. Very family friendly vibe. The food was good- I would recommend the garlic bread over the garlic knots. The Italian sausage appetizer was good. My husband was happy with his spaghetti and meatballs. The service was good, much more attention paid than our typical experience in this area, so I really praise that. We did not have pizza this time but looking forward to that in the future. I really like that they offer pizza by the slice, as I think that is probably a great option for families to address different taste and preferences. I was also happy to see that they offer calzones and stromboli. Glad to have a new place close to home that is open in Sunday!

Was excited that a new place was opening up in Leeds and specifically that it was Italian! The pizza we got was good, a little pricey but most restaurants are these days! Everyone enjoyed their food. Crust could use a little more seasoning but that’s not a big deal, I’m sure we’ll be back.
