Ordered the food on the phone, the girl was so rude. Should have not ordered but I did. Picked up the food, get home, the hoagies were burnt and didn’t have any sauce on them. I sent a private message via Facebook without any response. No sense in calling them because its ran by a bunch of kids. No response to me means they don’t care about their customers. I normally support local but I wont EVER give this business another dime.

We drive 40 minutes to get pizza at Primetime. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly and it’s always clean. Prices are fair and the pizza is better than the local chains.

Very disappointed and will be my last order so I paid for a large. I’ve been a fan of prime time since beginning not just because of taste but reasonable pricing. I’ve ordered 2 med for 20 once a week for yrs and now its gone. Apparently a med pepperoni for less than 14 dollars is unreasonable? Everyone else is less so why do I now pay more? I’ve always tipped big and been loyal. Guess thats not rewarded.

So. Just ordered pizza and a sandwich and fries for my family. We have always had decent experiences with this location. There have been a couple times where items ordered have been missing. But we took the store credit and went on. Tonight however has been extremely SPECIAL. We ordered a simple meal and when it arrived I paid for my items and the driver left. Immediately once inside I open the bag to see that my fries are missing. So I cal the store rite away and explain to the very nice young lady who answered the phone that my fries were not included in my order. She asked if we wanted a credit and this time I just wanted the fries because my wife was not going to be eating her dinner rite away due to some work. So I had the time and politely requested that they deliver the items that I paid for and I was not in a huge hurry. The lady on the phone asked me to hold and put a man on the phone. This person does not identify himself he tells me “I’m not driving an order of fries to you I am too busy.” I repeat to this man that I have had this issue before and my wife has time to wait for her fries I would like the order that I already paid for to be delivered to me in full. Then he raises his voice at me telling me that” it’s not going to happen.” THEN GET THIS HE HANGS UP ON ME! So I call back hoping that it was an accident and the very nice young lady answers the phone and I ask to speak to a manager. She says “Pat” he wants to talk to you. So PAT then begins to tell me how busy they are and he can’t make the order rite. They offered a credit for the fries and I let him know that I should already have a credit for fries and I don’t want a second credit I want some dang fries.PAT then raises his voice aggressively at me telling me that it’s “tough” I’m not bringing you the rest of your order that I paid for. I told the man I will make sure that every online review platform will have a full overview on how well they handle customer service and not fixing their mistakes. He replies “you do what u gotta do man.” Then to top it all off he hangs up on me again. So I call back a third time and the very nice lady on the phone says “i don’t think he wants to talk to you” and I hear him pick up the phone and hang up again. So for all the people who might want some pizza out here in the greater bright Indiana area I suggest you order from somewhere else. They have zero customer service skills and to be blunt if PAT can’t handle the heat of being busy in a kitchen maybe he should get out.

We tried their pizza for the first time last week and it was here within 25 mi. And was hot. And I thought wow it is a great place like people have been telling is, well fast forward to this week and it took 1:15 to get it cold and it looked like the box fell off the seat. If you are going to tell someone it will be there in 35 min.at least try to be there . Plus they left off my wife’s green olives.
