My family of 4 just had the best dinner! It was a little busy when we got there, but our wait was very brief. Food came quickly and everything was absolutely delicious. I had the Mahi Mahi over rice, hubs had the blackened shrimp, kids had kabobs and chicken tenders. Literally everything was so good. Great quality too. Our service was phenomenal. All around a great experience!

My husband and I love dining here! Chef Brian does an awesome job, and we always receive great service. They’ve done such a wonderful job updating the place — the bar area looks amazing! Steaks are always delish! We especially love the Cajun butter and chimichurri paired with it. Seafood pasta is top notch too! Highly recommend checking Prime out!

We absolutely love Prime and are so thankful it is close by for us. It’s in a beautiful area and has very nice dining indoor and outdoor on the patio. In the summer there are bands outside with a pretty lawn area, a spot for corn hole, and outdoor bar. The inside is simple and elegant but relaxed. Dress up or down-no pressure here. There is a beautiful long bar inside. The chef is amazing and you will NEVER have bad food here. The flavors and quality are superb. This is the best filet around, and you won’t get better oysters anywhere else. There are raw on the half shell and the baked versions are a must try. We love the San Miguel, Rockefeller, and the newest oyster, Elote. Tonight we had the raspberry Chipotle Pork Chop. It’s perfectly cooked and about 2 inches or more thick. It was so juicy and flavorful. The authentic French onion soup should not be missed as well. This is our go-to place now.

Great restaurant for steaks , seafood , salads , and much more. I just recently moved to the area so I tried it out yesterday hoping for a nice place and it was definitely everything that I expected and more. Also the prices were not as expensive as some of the local restaurants in other cities . The quality is amazing here as well. I will definitely be coming back quite often

Went to Prime Steakhouse in Stillwaters on Sunday for the Electric Avenue concert. The band is phenomenal. I’ve seen them at this venue several times before back when Prime was Copper’s Grill and under different ownership. I do believe the $50 ticket price was a little steep. That seems to have affected the attendance. I spoke to a number of friends who said they were not going because of the cost. Add to that the drink prices and you were looking at a rather expensive evening. My bigger issue was the bar staff. VERY SLOOOW!!! Took too long to get a drink and the mixed drinks were not that good. Had to have one drink re-made. I believe Prime Steakhouse is on the right track. But they have quite a ways to go!

My husband and I finally had the opportunity to try Chef Brian’s amazing food at Prime Steakhouse last Thursday night. I loved that we didn’t need reservations and parked ourselves at our favorite corner spot at their roomy bar. We started the meal with an oyster sampler platter and it was amazing. My favorites were the Margarita oyster and the Nashville hot oyster. All the oysters were hot, fresh, not too big, and seriously flavorful. We both ordered the Ribeye and thought it was very reasonably priced (because we love all the fat on the Ribeye cut of beef). It came with a big side salad that was fresh, crispy, and cold and I had their house-made bleu cheese dressing that was rich and creamy. It was the perfect topping on the cold salad. We stared in awe as our perfectly seared steaks arrived at our seats. I’ve had so many disappointing steaks from some really expensive restaurants in Lee County that I’m always skeptical when ordering a steak. These steaks had beautifully charred grill marks, were cooked to a perfect medium rare, and were seasoned perfectly. They also had a great marbling of fat which made them even tastier. AND…they’re cooked over a wood fire. We were very impressed with the cook of the steak and the sides–I had a large baked sweet potato with butter; and he had perfectly grilled crisp/tender asparagus.
In addition to the amazing food, we had managed to arrive at Happy Hour and our wine ended up being half price. The very attentive bartender, Emily, suggested a particular crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that was served cold and hit the spot. If you’re looking for a new place that knows how to cook a great steak, among other things…check these guys out!! You will not be disappointed. Also, the service was impeccable and very friendly—highly recommend!!
