I recently discovered prime roast beef and I am a loyal customer for life. Their Mac and cheese bites are my fav, steak tips are superior, their chicken is actually handmade and not frozen in a bag. Their steak and cheese is to die for! Just love this place. Thankful for DoorDash because I don’t live in Danvers! Thank you so much for making
My lunches and dinners prime roast beef!

This place deserves all the stars. My car died right in front of the shop, and without hesitation the staff came outside, pushed my car into a spot and helped jump it twice!! They were so friendly and genuinely so helpful. After everything, I went inside to grab some food and it was so good. The pizza was amazing!

Love the salads here but they are pricey. The steak tip salad for the cost could have more than I diced steak tip. My husband said it tasted great though.
The chicken was plenty. All the salads I have been delicious. Pizza is good too. Medium is anyone else’s small. So get a large if more than 2 people.
Update: when you order take out maybe you should take a name or give a number. When you get there no one at the counter can identify the order. And if it’s not ready like yesterday you have to sit and wait and then they can’t tell you it’s ready because they have no idea who it is for.
Most places give you a time like 15-20 minutes but you just take order and hang up phone

Got a Super beef 3 way. It was ok but I was disappointed in the amount of beef. This is supposed to be a prime beefery for its location but the portion was very small for a Super. Beef was warm and pink and they did it right. Could have used a little more sauce. Onion rings and fries with it were stacked pretty high. Price was decent. Son got the chicken fingers and although those portions were huge, the chicken lacked flavor.

I hardly leave bad reviews but I also hardly encounter places like this either.
My experience was bad from the start.
First of all, as soon as I walked in the door the entire atmosphere was off.
Not welcoming at all!
The energy shifted as soon as I walked in, for whatever reason.
On top of that nobody even said hello.
As a paying customer I shouldn’t be the first one to say “hello, how are you?”

Anyways, I can get over the lack of enthusiasm.
I place one simple order: well done steak tip dinner.
I asked them if they could cook the tips in BBQ sauce…
Not a difficult or odd request.
I am not from the area and my typical pizza place does it no problem even though it’s not advertised on the menu.
They told me they could put it on the side.
Okay, what difference does it make?
You have steak tips, you have BBQ… just throw it on the grill together.
Not personable at all, just bad customer service.
How hard is it to turn around and say, “hey boss, the girl wants bbq sauce. Think you can manage?” Nope.

Okay, I got over that too and still gave them my money.
When I went back in to get my food,
again… the atmosphere was off.
You ever walk into a room and feel like everybody was just making fun of you?
Well it was like that.
Which is incredibly rude given I just handed over my hard earned money.

Got the food and it’s trash.
Presentation is sloppy.
Everything was piled on top of each other.
Onion rings were tasteless, definitely need Salk or seasoning (who wants fries AND onion rings anyways?)
Steak tips had alright flavor as far as marinade goes but they were chewy and not well done at all, zero char.
Fries were the best thing and even they tasted like dirt.
Definitely won’t be back and I definitely don’t recommend.

I recently ordered a tuna sub and got something different. A soggy mess on a wrap. Oh, if you can’t eat lettuce, like me, then don’t order tuna. Apparently it’s infused with it. The chicken tenders were soggy with sweet sauce all over them. We didn’t order sweat sauce all over them. The fries were inedible. Cold. There were a few stray hairs in our food also. This place used to be great. I went there a lot. This is sad. I won’t be back.

We LOVE the skinny chicken Caesar pizza. It is amazingly yummy! The roast beef sandwiches are also excellent. However, the skinny chicken ceaser is a game changer. The chicken is garlicky, nice fresh crunchy romaine, the best Caesar dressing, croutons and crouton crumbs on top of a thin crust. It is a must try!!!!!

The BBQ Chicken Pizza and Buffalo Chicken Pizza are amazing here. Make sure you get bleu cheese and shredded lettuce for the Buffalo Chicken. They also have great roast beef and their skinny pizzas are delicious too.
