Excellent meal and great service. Didn’t really expect it to be partial buffet (but guess I just saw Prime Rib and didn’t read about it). However it was still excellent all around. Potatoe Bar is awesome, how could it not be when they have “Hot Bacon Dressing”!!

Portion is getting thinner. It still tastes great, but you can almost see through the primerib now. The veggies and salad bar are getting skimpy now also. 4 kinds of spuds and a really bad creamed spinach and corn.

I’ve been waiting to take my girls here for a while. The reviews in Kingman and Golden Valley are great, the reviews on Google are great, so we were excited. What an absolute disappointment! I paid almost 100.00 bucks for just 3 of us, but when it comes to a good meal price matters not in my opinion. However we were extraordinarily disappointment in our experience there. Mary our waitress was clearly NOT having it and set the whole tone. The Prime Rib itself was fine, but to serve prime rib with canned mushrooms and what tastes like instant mashed potatoes is unequivocally unacceptable in my opinion. Raise your standards or lower your prices. They’ve got Coca-Cola prices and serve a Great Value product. Very unfortunate in my opinion.

The prime rib room was fantastic and reasonably priced. Salad bar along with baked potato toppings were great as well. Customer service was top notch Kenny even brought a birthday cake out for the birthday at our table. I could no recommended the prime rib room more.

We had Prime rib dinners that were AWESOME! Our servers and wait staff were on top of everything! Everything was fresh, and our drinks were filled almost instantly before totally empty. We did have to make reservations a day ahead and were lucky to get in as there were a lot of people who were thinking it would be OK to just walk in, but they were too busy. Call ahead it’s worth it!
