A fun place to go. All steaks are the same price and you can grill your own or have one of their cooks do it for a little extra. I prefer doing my own . It comes with a all you can eat salad and baked potatoes bar and texas toast. Definitely affordable and worth the money .

Plan at least 90 – 120 min at 4:30 on Saturday. Bri was a great waitress, but busy. The restaurant had an employee photo board up which I’ve always thought was a nice thing to do. Sirloin melted in my mouth!; paid $3 for chef to cook it vs ourselves. We shared a cut. Toasted our own bread. The salad bar was what we were used to at other restaurants with several vegetables and some pasta salads. For dessert I chose warm pineapple upside down cake; he chose carrot; both delicious. Learning where the plates were took a bit. Chilled salad plates were hidden in table; a patron helped us. We decided for the potato end of the bar to get the warm plates in a different location. We were surprised to have more toast and a potato at the table with the meat when we returned. We both agreed that the toast we made ourselves was a little softer and more buttery; we wished there was a designated end to the grill that was designed for toast. The coals were too cold on the end. I kept pushing mine in closer to the center. Eventually another woman took it and put it on her plate! Ha, she was nice and returned it. There was a metal rack that heated it fastest we discovered and made a grid design on it. Atmosphere 4 because we could have used more orientation, the noise was a little high – no booths but several rooms and with TVs if someone wanted to watch sports or news, the bathroom doors could use upgrade. It had a Cheers feel with paneling and stained glass and 80’s movie posters, but all in good repair. Came mostly for the food, and it was good. My guest wished his birthday was not a month away, so he could have had the attention given to another patron with song and tambourine! Maybe we’ll return sooner than we thought.

So glad we tried this place. The cuts of steak were thick and super tender. You pick your cutor seafood, then cook it on a charcoal grill(or pay $3 for them to cook). You also get unlimited salad and Texas toast. You can get appetizers, burgers and kids meals. They have the option to split a steak(which we did), and you both get the salad bar. Our waitress Rose was awesome. She very friendly and helpful. We’ll go back if we’re in town again.

The food is always delicious here. You have to try the burgundy mushrooms. They are awesome! The salad bar is to die for. Just like the ones in the 1980s that were stocked with everything.

This is a really cool statehouse where you can grill your own meat at one of two large indoor grills. You can also have someone grill it for you if that’s not your thing.
The vibe is chilled, and the salad bar is on point. I’ve been 3 times, and each time, the steak was great. Two of the times, I grilled myself, and it was nice. I had the opportunity to make my own loaded potato and some slices of garlic bread .
As a heads up, the lighting is a bit dark, and it smells a lot like grill smoke. You will need to shower when you get home.
I had the beefeater one time (40 oz steak) and it was enough for leftovers the next two days. I would recommend if you’re feeling really hungry. Just make sure to cook it throughly as the slab can be quite thick.

Went out to celebrate a birthday. This was an amazing experience. The waitress who’s name i didn’t get was so personable and had a great attitude. She also kept our drinks full. She was there when we needed but not hovering.
The steaks we chose to have cooked for us. They were all done perfectly. Took a box home so there was room for dessert. The raspberry donut cheesecake was on point.

One of the last of its kind. Its a grill your own steak house and choose your own cut to cook. Comes with a decent salad bar and baked potatoes. Grills are open flame. Can get crowded around the grill but gives a sense of community around a fire pit. Prices are reasonable as you can pay A LOT more for a steak this size at other places. The place is clean and staff is helpful and attentive. This is my go-to steak house.

Ordered child’s 6-8 ounce steak meal for grandchild age 7. Ate half took half home for lunch next day. Approximately $12 with salad bar and potato bar. Adults ordered T-Bones, approximately $40 with salad bar and potato bar. One adult had tall tap genuine draft approximately $7.00. One adult had frozen raspberry colada, approximately $13. They both drank it all with a smile. One adult had a coke approximately $4. Steaks were tender. The people you meet and converse with around the huge grills represents USA diversity.
