A year ago I’d drive across town regularly for their burgers. They were fresh and juicy with excellent toppings. The past several months have been disappointing to say the least. Burgers are overcooked, dry, and charred in the outside. Fries are similarly overcooked. I was hoping that a permanent location would help with the quality but it’s more of the same. Specials are still delicious though; the prime rib sandwich, when they have it, will probably be the only reason I go back in the future.
Edit: Lowering my service score due to owner’s response. I know the food can be better, it was. I can’t make the owner take constructive criticism gracefully. If the quality decline is a result of the cost, I’d happily pay more for the way it used to be.

We LOVE this food truck. Our fave is the chicken nuggets which are ground chicken and cast iron seared! Mmmmm…We also generally get the homemade dog food. Our dog loves it.
