It was a pleasent experience, I ordered to go, the staff was friendly and nice.

● the beef wrap: OMG it was delicious, fatty and full of BBQ flavor it was really good.

Hubby saw Prime Grill on YouTube. We decided to try them out. We ordered the Suya Wrap. 10 out of 10. My mouth is on fire. I had to go through 2 bottles of water to eat half the wrap. Very meaty and seasoned to perfection. The grilled flavor they put on that meat was out of this world. I sat in silence and ate my food. We didn’t make it out of the parking lot. I will definitely be back. They were sold out the Egusi Soup my heart was broken but I’m glad they were. I would have miss this delicious wrap. I’m not a spicy lover but I’d eat the crap out these wraps

TikTok sent me to get this suya wrap! Def order ahead if you don’t want to wait 20-30 minutes to get your food. This wrap is $20 which is kind of hefty, but does come with a bunch of meat. However, the fries are stale and cold which was disappointing. The suya is seasoned but spicy so beware of that!

The food is tasty, which is why I kept giving this place more chances. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently slow, and the wait times don’t feel accurately communicated.
Even when you call ahead or order online, it seems like the preparation doesn’t really start until you arrive. On my last visit, I ordered and paid for suya about 30 minutes before getting there, and then still had to wait another 30 minutes once I showed up.
I enjoy the food, but after that experience, I probably won’t be returning.

Discovered this place on Tik Tok and I am so glad I did! This place has become my new favorite spot! The Suya wrap is very flavorful and very filling! The Suya wrap has an option of plantains or fries. I chose plantains. Though they were good, it only came with three plantains. For the price, I think we should get more than three. I paid $19.99 (pre-tax and tip). Not pictured, but the Jollof rice and Suya are also very good, especially with the liquid hot sauce! In person ordering is through the kiosk. Parking on a Sunday is very tight due to the restaurant being located next to a church. Other days of the week,there are plenty of parking. Service can be slow but mostly because they’re making the food fresh. Overall, definitely a restaurant that I will be coming back to!!

The staff has no since of hustle! If you have 17+ customers that have ordered and paid. Call in orders you would think to have more than one person on the grill cooking. I ordered suya through Uber Eats for pickup and waited over 50 minutes for a single-item order, and my food still was not ready. The lack of communication made the experience worse—no one came to the front counter to greet me or provide an update on my order.
When staff did respond, it was from a kitchen window with an unwelcoming attitude, which made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer who had been waiting nearly an hour.
The food itself is good, but the long wait time and poor customer service take away from the overall experience. Customer service and an organized pickup process are just as important as food quality. Unfortunately, the wait and interaction changed the entire experience for me.

Prime Grill is amazing! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was clean and chill. I’ve noticed their time management has really improved too, which makes the experience even better. Overall, definitely a 100/10!

I wish they did grilled chicken wraps because I’m not into eating a lot of red meat but this went viral on TikTok so i decided to try anyway & this didn’t disappoint!! Please start serving the wraps with sliced grilled chicken. PLEASEEE!! It’s definitely spicy & I’m not big on spice but the flavors are out of this world!! Fries were pretty bland but the sauce made them better. Wow.. I’ll be trying more but please start doing chicken other than fried!!!
