salt rubbed baked potato, creamed spinach,

-served at a chef ’s medium rare to medium(mine came out medium rare) perfection. One of the best meals I ever had. The Manager Peter was fantastic and very accommodating and friendly. The Jamie was Phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She was very friendly and extremely efficient. I would have her as my server anytime.

New Steak House oriented venue again from one of the groups owning other restaurants in the area. Nice decor and indoor bar. Second floor with roof bar and different short menu. Service was somewhat slow but very friendly and with excellent preparation of libations. Food was excellent from the appetizers to the mains. Great steaks and complements. I would recommend to stay away from the hot sauce as flavors by themselves are great. Somewhat pricey comparing it to Capital Grill or others. If you have the money, try it. With drinks you’ll easily be over $100 per person.

My wife and I tried the new restaurant down in Eastport for the first time. This is part of the FMK group and their food is always consistent. Services always good. The new build out looks good, but lacks a little bit of the traditional steakhouse feel. I believe they’re going after the more modern take, which is appealing, but maybe too brightly lit to truly create an intimate and upscale experience. The food was good as you would expect, but certainly doesn’t rise to the level of a Capital Grill or Ruth’s Chris steakhouse or NYY. The cream spinach is an excellent side and they have interesting desserts. We really enjoyed Anna taking good care of us and the manager stopped by twice to make sure we were happy. If you get the steak, try the Demi glaze enhancement as it comes with the steak and is excellent. It’s definitely a place we will. We will be back to as we frequently visit all of their restaurants and have a good experience at each of them.

We had an amazing experience at Prime & Ember Steakhouse! We visited on Christmas Eve to celebrate our anniversary and did not have a reservation, yet there was no wait at all—which was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent and truly welcoming.
The food was outstanding, cooked to perfection, and every detail of our meal was enjoyable. This was our first time visiting the Eastport location in The Villages, and it exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a great night out!

The service was great Seth, Our waiter was very helpful. Guided us through the menu letting us know what our best options were. There was a manager there. I did not get her name but she was wonderful. She’s the lady from France. I am very happy to have this restaurant close to home.

We recently checked out one of the new restaurants at the Eastport Town Center in The Villages and had a really solid experience overall. We ate in the upstairs bar area, which has a more limited menu, but the food we ordered was good and well prepared. That said, after looking over the main dining room menu, it’s clear the full restaurant offerings are much more extensive and definitely worth coming back for.
The staff really stood out — super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable from the start. The restaurant itself also deserves credit for its build-out and décor. It’s nicely done, modern, and fits well with the upscale feel Eastport is going for.
While the limited bar menu keeps this from being a full five-star experience, the quality, service, and atmosphere make it a strong four stars. Looking forward to returning to try the main menu next time.

Alicia was awesome. She took great care of us. This was some phenomenal food. The oysters were great, the shrimp cocktail was incredible, and don’t get me started in how unbelievable the Spinach dip was (and yes they customized it for my gluten intolerance issue), this was so good I can honestly state that I have never had a dip this good. Thank you Prime + Ember your crew did a great job!.

The Cappuccino was the perfect after dinner addition. First class experience, reasonable price for a top notch steak house in Eastport. Will be back.

From start to finish it just kept getting worse. Started with a Pinot Noir that was a bit sour, so I sent it back. Not a big deal. I told the server, and he said he would try a new bottle. In less than a minute he comes strolling back with a new (clearly different) wine and tries to tell me it’s a new bottle. Completely different wine. He pushes to make me order a bottle, said everything else was out. I got beer after that.
Shook it off, not a huge deal. Then the food service started.
We had an amazing view of the back of house from our table. It was great to watch food come out for over an hour before we got our mains. When the time finally came, we were both served overcooked “prime” steak. We are not picky, not hard to deal with. We wanted a nice meal at a supposedly nice place. Not what we received.
No manager intervention. No acknowledgment of the Denny’s level meal. Just a mess.
Save yourself the time and the $200. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Had a wonderful meal and the service was excellent. Shawn our waiter was so attentive and anticipated all our needs. The food was spot on. Robert the manager was fabulous checking on us and talking about the background of the place. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. The smoked old fashion was the best we have ever had.
