First visit and it did not disappoint- I ordered the combo brisket with the ribs. The brisket was very tasty. Just the right amount of moist and fat.- The ribs were OK. They were on the small side, but they were meaty. The macaroni and cheese was good. I love their baked beans; not too sweet and a little bit of heat- The garlic bread was eh… I thought it was going to be a large slice of like Texas garlic toast- I will try the cornbread next time-
My husband ordered the pulled pork. He said it was perfect. Not too dry and not greasy and fat.-They gave a decent portion-He loved the collard greens and he’s very particular about his greens-he said the fries were hot and tasty-
We enjoyed all of the sauces, but the Carolina was my favorite-
The only disappointment I had was the banana pudding. I honestly thought it was going to be a homemade banana pudding, dessert and it basically was just banana Jell-O pudding and way too expensive for what you portion and not being true Banana pudding, dessert- There weren’t any bananas in the pudding.
We also got water from the soda machine and it was seltzer water so I don’t know if that was a mistake or if that’s what they serve but next time I would go without or buy a bottle
They need to get signs up because we drove by multiple times and actually had to call and get directions because we could not see it from 5 mile.-The parking lot has no lights. It’s dark over on that corner where everything else around the corner is completely lit up.

We have been ordering out from here for a few years, under the new owner things are much better. Great food, with large quantities and good value. We also have Jan cater our school team lunches and she is very generous with portions. The pulled chicken and Mac n cheese are amazing.

I decided to try the deal through “Too Good To Go” app. This is the first time I have ever done anything on the app.
I didn’t have any preconceived ideas as to the items I would receive for the $6.99 price point. If you are a big eater, I would recommend getting two of them. There wasn’t a huge amount of food but it was definitely enough for me. I got 3 small ribs, a little more than an ice cream scoop of pulled chicken, green beans with bacon and another little more than an ice cream scoop of rice with baked beans on top. I thought the food was pretty good. I will definitely be trying this again. The price point was amazing and the food was pretty good – as far as I was concerned! Glad I tried this…

We were thankful that they were open on a snowy New Year’s Day evening at 6pm. We ordered a pick up of the meat platter which included sides. Make sure you order additional sides as they are small. I would also suggest ordering separate meats and splitting it up as the platter doesn’t offer enough of each. All and all everything was delicious even though they forgot the corn bread which we were so looking forward to. The guy who waited on me was very polite. He was very helpful and offered to help me to my car.

I have been getting catering from Jan for the past 2 years for my kids’ HS team. She has always provided the best tasting meats and sides for our team. She goes above and beyond to make sure the food is tasty and the client happy. Her menu is vast and delicious. Would highly recommend Prime BBQ for catering and restaurant meals.

This was the most disappointing BBQ experience I’ve ever had. The mashed potatoes were inedible, resembling something cooked in dirty dishwater, the portions were smaller than expected, the tacos seemed hastily prepared, the mac and cheese was also unappetizing, the fish (yuck) wasn’t cleaned before being battered, and the four sauces provided were all quite unappealing. The rib tips were overcooked, and the brisket was just okay. Waste of money!

Where to start. Just ordered not only was some of the items UNDERCOOKED it had an nauseating smell as if the food was old and spoiled warmed up and then served.

I ToGood to Go app. App suggested 21 dollars worth of food…Not the case. Meal came with pulled chicken,corn and Mac. Corn was the best part. Mac was very watery and not sure if I tasted any cheese. Pull chicken was ok.

Decided to try this restaurant off of the 2 Good 2 Go app… This was the BEST BBQ we’ve had this side of the Mississippi!! And that’s without warming up the meals first!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! We will be eating here again, and again, and again … And again!!
