Surprisingly great experience. I find myself frequently disappointed with dining in New Hampshire. Rarely does the price balance with the quality and overall experience. Yes, Prime at Sky Meadow is expensive. But I felt that the price matched what we got. The bone in ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve had in NH. The sushi was also very good. The drinks were fantastic as well as the sides and bread. We were seated right by the fireplace and they had Valentines decor and specials. The service was outstanding, maybe a bit slow, but as expected in a busy, high end restaurant. I’ll comment on the 18% service charge. It was included as others have pointed out, but our server drew attention to it. I’ll chalk it up to being part of the larger country club where service fees are commonplace and I’m sure it’s a symptom of the computer system they’re using to handle everything. A very mild complaint that didn’t affect the overall experience. We’ll be back.

Went there for Valentine’s Day with my wife and it was fine.

I kinda expected more than fine though.

Look I get that they were busy. I get that they were dealing with Vday reservations and a full wedding going on at the event side of the venue, but it seemed like they could have gotten more turnover on tables if they’d been paying attention.

10 minutes to take our drink order. Ok. It’s busy. Another 15 to take our appetizer order? Meh. 25 minutes AFTER the appetizer comes they take our entree order? We were there almost two and a half hours. The food, once ordered came out fairly quickly it was just SOOOO long between courses.

The food was great. Or at least the steaks were. The potatoes au gratin were just bleh. And the Brussels sprouts were WAY over cooked but still fairly tasty with the bacon. Their bread basket was KILLER though. Like I wanna just go back and eat bread.

All in all the experience was fine, but not really worth the amount I spent on it. Sorta enjoyed watching drunk people do the YMCA but that didn’t make up for it. Overall this is 4/5 stars.

From the moment you walk in, Prime feels like something special. The setting is elegant yet inviting, with warm lighting, polished service, and stunning views of the grounds. It’s the kind of place where every detail is intentional, and it shows.

The star of the night was the bone-in porterhouse, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. Perfectly seared with a beautiful crust, juicy all the way through, and full of rich, buttery flavor. It was a generous cut, served with care, and cooked exactly to temp. Every bite felt like a celebration of what steak is supposed to be.

The sides elevated the experience even more—the truffle mashed potatoes were smooth and aromatic, and the seasonal vegetables had just the right amount of char and seasoning. Pair it with a glass from their well-curated wine list, and you’re golden.

Service was polished but never stiff—our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations without being overbearing. You can tell the staff takes pride in where they work.

Whether you’re planning a celebration or just treating yourself to a next-level dinner, Prime at Sky Meadow makes it feel worth it. Five stars, easily—and I’ll be back for that porterhouse again.

This was our first time here. We didn’t know they had a dress code and I felt bad that I wasn’t dressed appropriately. I said we could find another place since we didn’t realize there was a dress code. Everybody except us was dressed very nice I may add lol But the hostess Samantha was very nice and allowed us to dine with them. I don’t remember our waitress name. But she said she was there about 3 weeks. And she was very nice and pleasant like the rest of the crew. We had a great time and will be back soon! We’ll also dress appropriately next time! Thank you for treating us good and for the great food!

WOW! My husband surprised me with a dinner at Prime for date night and it was next level! I understand that the owner has an affinity for the best steakhouses in the country and wanted his to be able to be worthy of that same title. Mission accomplished! Prime steakhouse is everything you want out of white glove service, premium steakhouse experience from the ambience to the staff to the food. (But vibe is approachable luxury- not fussy.) I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars. Big shout out to Steve, Manager and Sommelier, who showed us personal attention and gave excellent recommendations. The filet was fabulous and the seafood tower was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back for a snack at the bar as the scene over there looked fun as well. Thank you and we will see you again!

This restaurant is by far one of the best places around southern New Hampshire. They are aiming for a Michelin star and their food deserves it. Order the maple bacon for an appetizer, filet steak with Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts for your entree, and finish the meal with a homemade baked chocolate cookie and vanilla ice cream on top. Felix the manager is outstanding. Rachel the host is very gracious, and our server Sarah is one in a million. I will be back and I hope you give them a try! Thank you for a magical experience.

Amazing experience overall. Sushi, Seafood tower, salads, and steak all prepared perfectly. Quality was excellent. Mixed drinks were top notch and the bar has an amazing selection of high end alcohols. Cheers.

Party of 4. They automatically charge you an 18% tip called a “service charge”. If it’s written somewhere – I looked – it’s done deceptively. This alone for me is enough of a reason not to go back. I wonder how many people have tipped the tip. Needing to use your phone flashlight to navigate the table doesn’t help. Other patrons were doing the same thing. Steak was great. Bacon scallop skewer’s glaze was overpowering. You pay for a cherry glaze favor, not scallops or bacon. It’s 4 bites of food and $26. Lobster Mac and cheese was dry. They may have forgot the cheese. Took over an hour to get bread as well as the rest of the silverware for two of us. Seriously…… not exaggerating. One of our side orders was never put in either. Waitress should be working tables at sub par chain restaurant. That’s another story……

If you haven’t checked this place out yet I would highly recommend it! The drinks were very creative (I never thought I would be a fan of a drink with basil in it, but The Farmer’s Daughter drink was delicious!). The New York Strip and Pan Seared Scallops were so flavorful. The service was great from spot-on reccomendations, prompt service and very friendly and it was a beautiful evening sunset view to top it off!

Fantastic upscale dinner, especially for the area. The staff was extremely friendly, and best of all did not try to rush us out. Really good food and we’ll be going back. There is a 18% gratuity automatically added to the tab, which we did not initially know how to handle, but good on the management to make sure the staff gets what they deserve.
