Best prime rib ever and I am a connoisseur for 30 years. Fatty, pink throughout with an indescribable char that makes every bite the best bite of your life. I also can attest to the croquettes and the filet. All other dishes pictures, lobster tail ribeye salmon and grouper had 0 complaints. Pianist for ambiance, attentive service and outside of slight wait for entres-woth it- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Can’t believe this place doesn’t have a line down the block on a Friday night.

I had no intention of spending that much the Saturday I came with 2 young friends for a late lunch. The sound of the baby grand piano playing was my first clue… However, the steak was the best I’ve ever had & our waiter was professional, friendly & kind to my young companions. (I am thinking they don’t get a lot of 8 yr olds) The waiter was a delight, serving my little curly-haired blue eyed beauty with kindness in her first “fancy restaurant”. He patiently explained the menu & provided special touches & service that we truly enjoyed. The shrimp cocktail was as big as her head & she ate every bite with joy! All of the food was very good but had I realized the vegetable medley was mostly bell peppers I would have chosen something else. Downsides were the rattling of washing dishes & the sometimes surly teen I brought along, but he brightened up & enjoyed his steak very much — and the dishes have got to be washed. I appreciate the great service and that alone made our pricey but delicious lunch worth every penny! I will bring my older teenaged grandchildren text time. I am sure they will enjoy this restaurant for a special treat.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience
We had a horrible experience at Prime 3 Steakhouse and will never return.
I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it came out medium well. I ended up eating it anyway. My husband ordered a rare New York strip, which came out medium. He sent it back, and when the replacement arrived, it was ice cold.
Our server, Ed, took the steak back, and then nearly 30 minutes later came to the table with a dessert menu. We had to ask if my husband was ever getting his dinner, and were told Ed assumed he didn’t want anything. Meanwhile, our drinks were never refilled, and service was extremely slow every time he came to the table.
The manager did come out and attempted to make things right by comping desserts, which we appreciated, but by that point we had been sitting there for over two hours and the evening was already ruined.
For a steakhouse at this price point, this level of food execution and service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was enough to ensure we won’t be back.

We decided to celebrate my buddies Birthday outside of The Villages this year. We’ve heard that the steak is good. Our waitress Jill did a fantastic job all night long. There also was a piano player there who kept us entertained with a wide variety of songs. I had the Onion soup and yes they give you scissors to cut the cheese. The cheese was the best part. The soup needed a little more flavor. They gave us sorbet before our meals to cleanse our pallets. I thought that was a nice touch. My wife and I had the 12oz. Prime rib. I thought mine was a little too fat. My wife’s was fine. Both were rare. The Crab encrusted Salmon was also very good. After about $175. of drinks we decided to skip dessert. Frank, the Birthday boy got a free desert. All in all I would go back. It’s nice to get a break from FMK.

It’s sad that such a promising place cannot serve good food. The atmosphere is great and the pianist was superb. The servers were inattentive and just stood in the back talking until food needed to be delivered. We asked our server to clear the table at one point, so we were ready for the main course. The clam chowder was mostly potatoes, thick and bland. The Caesar salad tasted like mayo only and the calamari was mostly breading. The entrees were prepared well…filet, prime rib and crab encrusted salmon. The Brussel sprouts had not been cleaned properly and were undercooked. No seasonings at all. The desserts were highly disappointing. The brownie sundae was mostly chocolate chips and the creme brulee was not even warm and contained a thick hard crust, no flavor. For the cost, not worth it.

Their awesome food is paired with portions, taste, and suggested wines in mind! They combine the flavors, aromas, and colors of three different cultures. American, Asian, and Latin where those influences converge at Prime 3.
Everything was amazing. From the ambiance, to the food, the service, drinks, and the live music. Their highly recommended Prime Rib was like no other and the asparagus was some of the best I have ever had. The five of us had a great meal and wine and our waiter Juan was so awesome! The owners greeted everyone and it was just a great experience!

They would have been getting 5 stars if it weren’t for the roasted potatoes and the loud drunk lady at the bar. I will give the barkeep kudos as she kept her mostly under control. The prices are up there. I felt they were worth it. A very attentive staff. The food is outstanding.

Stopped here today for lunch with my husband. We decided to sit outside. Inside maybe 3 tables had people. Can’t rate the food because we never got any. Waitress sat us brought us ice tea took our orders. Soup and a salad. Never saw her again. After about 20 minutes of just sitting there and her a no show we left $10 on the table for the ice teas and left. Many would have just left! How can a salad and soup take over 20 minutes not to mention she never once came back to check on us. Definitely does not make me want to go back and probably will not!

Amazing, Greyson was so kind and attentive. All the waitress stoped by to see if we needed anything at all. The margarita pizza with fresh basil and mozzarella was delicious and was loved by all at the table. The calamari was on point with that amazing sauce. One friend ordered the chicken bruschetta and said it was perfect, she also had the onion soup and said it was the best in the area❤️ We will be back soon, what a great experience

Lovely place for any special occasion. The ribeyes were cooked to perfection, a wide selection of choice steaks and prime rib. Fancy dress isnt necessary but would not be out of place. Service was exemplary. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit.
